Oakfield estate agents were new to me not having heard of them before but as soon as they arranged the first viewing I realised how good they were. I was lucky to be given Gwen who arranged our viewings with professionalism politeness friendliness and no undue pressure. She had all the facts at her fingertips and answered all our questions. I cannot praise her enough for everything she did and how she nurtured the deal of purchase of the house before and after the agreement was reached. Oakfield handled my sale so well. They dealt with all the viewings. I didn't have to be home. I had a buyer in no time. Communication was fantastic and they was always available to take my calls. There had to be compromises with the completion date which did become complicated. Jo and Rob negotiated on my behalf and kept in constant touch with me and my solicitors.
