Got the job done, but we had just about lost confidence in VMH by the time the transaction went through.
Emails were not helpful or proactive, and there were several admin mistakes.
Overall we (first time buyers) felt the company took us for granted because we had a secure purchase lined up, and didn't bother to provide any guidance in plain English.
