Very enthusiastic in the early days, but lacking in communication shortly after. Very rarely returned emails or phone calls. We had to chase feedback from viewings. Felt as if we were being a nuisance when we had to constantly ring up for updates. Did not trust them in the end, went with another agent and house was sold within weeks! Says it all!!!
