Unprofessional , and unacceptable in lots of jobs, to turn up ten minutes late with no apology or explanation as their chief valuer did for his appointment with me this morning to value my house, especially as I had explained before hand that I would be in a hurry and could he be on time. They might be great at selling houses etc but when this is the first example of their service to experience , I and I expect from reading the other reviews here others , will just go elsewhere.... Absolutely despicable service. The agent didn't turn up because the office booked house viewing for the wrong property. After I tried calling them I was yelled at for demanding they fix it. Women on the phone was rude, incompetent, shouty and kept interrupting me. After which she refused to help me. Asked colleagues, friends and family who all advised to stay clear of this agency....
