Amazing estate agents- highly recommended!
Jason and Jamie helped me and my partner rent our dream home after having a not so positive experience with our previous rental via a different agent. The whole process was really quick and easy, the team were happy to help every step of the way with any queries and questions. The house we moved into has been kept to a very high standard, very clean, all repairs done before moving in and we have a clear line of contact with our Landlord. Overall a very genuine team with a clear motivation to help their clients!

Just bought our new home through Vikings and can't recommend them highly enough.
Jamie went above and beyond for us, we couldn't have asked for more.
Amazing liaising between us, sellers and all the solicitors with really quick responses to emails.
There was also no patronising stating the obvious like so many agents felt the need to do; this os the kitchen/this room is double glazed, yes I can see that thank you ???? Jamie just said this is the house have a look and see what you think, that's what you need right, to just look and see if it's the home for you!
Highly recommend to anyone looking to sell, they will definitely sell your home because they are so down to earth, friendly, efficient and professional with great local knowledge.

For over 12 years we had trouble free letting and Vikings were always on the ball and quick to inform us of any issues. Any maintenance work that was needed was quickly organised by Vikings. We bought out current house in April 2021 through Vikings. It was a positive experience, despite many problems, particularly from our buyers, so, often Vikings were having to relay changes onward. Even on the day we moved, with yet another problem with getting the keys, they were very supportive and kept ringing the solicitors to confirm completion.
The only reason for not giving 5 stars is there were occasions when no-one answered the phone, although as a smaller firm, this was not surprising and we generally got a call back when the office was manned again.

A very personable and knowledgeable service always received.
Vikings manage the lettings process effectively from the perspective of both tenant and landlord, ensuring that any issues are dealt with promptly and all statutory obligations are fulfilled.
I have personally found that Vikings have access to a highly skilled and reasonably priced team of tradespeople to undertake works on behalf of landlords as required (Maintenance and statutory certification), and the management of this team by Vikings provides for a smooth operation of any letting where they provide full management services.
I also have experience of sale transactions through Vikings, and as could be imagined after reading the above - The personable, diligent and honest service that they provide makes for a refreshing change versus any of the larger estate agency offerings.

I have brought and sold through many local agents .... but with lots of unnecessary problems .... but with Viking i have had NO ISSUES whatsoever and will always go back to them as my first port of call .... unlike the other agents I would not touch with a "barge pole"

Met Jason one day after the COVID restriction were lifted to buy a property for my Mother, the process was very smooth and recommended a solicitor to use that was just as good as Vikings. The purchase went through very quickly and very smooth, just what you need when purchasing a property. Would very much recommended Vikings estate agents.

Recently used Viking to rent a home in a difficult personal situation. They made the process smooth and easy from initial contact to handing over the keys and beyond. Today I had a lovely email hoping that the move went well and that the landlords are pleased I have moved in. Really made me feel appreciated and wanted as a tenant. Poor customer service compared to other estate agents operating in the area. Guy who took my call was blunt and not very friendly, considering he is the first point of contact for customers and appeared keen to get me off the phone ASAP and not too bothered about getting business. all other agents I've spoken to every time have atleast offered to take my contact details to keep me updated on available properties
