I am so grateful to Vikings for their care and compassion. I initially contacted them for a house valuation for probate purposes. All the members of staff I spoke to were caring and friendly. The valuation was done with sensitivity and care. I then asked them to sell the family home, which was sold professionally and quickly. Just bought our new home through Vikings and can't recommend them highly enough.
Jamie went above and beyond for us, we couldn't have asked for more.
Amazing liaising between us, sellers and all the solicitors with really quick responses to emails.
There was also no patronising stating the obvious like so many agents felt the need to do; this os the kitchen/this room is double glazed, yes I can see that thank you ???? Jamie just said this is the house have a look and see what you think, that's what you need right, to just look and see if it's the home for you!
Highly recommend to anyone looking to sell, they will definitely sell your home because they are so down to earth, friendly, efficient and professional with great local knowledge.

Professional all the way! - sold my father in laws bungalow within days, photos and description excellent, being a probate sale this was handled with the upmost sensitivity, gave a realistic valuation and managed my expectations with their local knowledge .The sale was agreed within days, great advice and efficient service especially from Jamie. (although all staff very professional and polite at all times with excellent communication at all times). Would highly recommend VIKINGS, - many thanks once again .

From the outset, the Vikings Lettings Team provided a competent and effective service identifying suitable tenants for our three new letting properties in Felixstowe. Through the process of referencing and setting up the tenancies we were at all times kept informed and provided with excellent documentation.
