Rented a property with Walton Residential for over 2 years (after being a flat renter in London for close to 15!) and had a pleasant experience with the whole process (thank you so much Pat!) : all interactions were very respectful and empathic, issues within the flat during the tenancy were dealt with very efficiently, the exit process was run very fairly too.
To be clear to landlords, I am NOT saying Walton was lenient to us, tenants - among others, there was quite some negotiating involved or we've seen our tenancy conditions on renewal adjusted to reflect the market conditions at the time. I rented a property with Walton Residential and I had nothing but a good experience.
After having rented with multiple well known agencies in London, I was surpised by the personal aproach I received from Pat. From the beggining when I showed interest in the property, throughout my renting and at the end of the tenancy, my queries were resolve promptly.
They have a very user friendly system to report faults, and the only time I needed to get something fixed, this was done within two days.
Also, I really appreciated that I was not harashed to sign the contract and pay the deposit immediately after having my offer accepted, which is something that I have experience with bigger agencies.
I was also offered a very fair rental increase, considering how crazy the London market had got in the last year, which allowed me to continue living in the flat before I completed my sale.
At the end of my tenancy, I got given a detailed list of what was expected in regards to end of tenancy, including cleaning, which was very useful. Needless to say, my deposit was returned in full and I had no issues at all.
Overall, I would completely recommend renting with Walton Residential if they have a property of your interest. I had a great experience and I would deffinetly rent with them again if I needed to in the future.... Read more

The managing director withheld my holding deposit illegally (625 Pounds) and would only return half, claiming it cost her 312.5 pounds to reference me, I would not recommend this agency to anyone.... Read more
