Linzi and Vicky could not have been more positive and helpful throughout the whole process of selling our house.
We tried several other agents who took little interest and put little energy into the sale and once we signed up with Wards the difference was amazing.

My wife and I have just exchanged contracts on the sale of our house in Ramsgate which has been quite stressful. Nevertheless Wards has done us proud. Excellent service provided throughout the process. Very informative and responsive during the initial visit. We used their recommended solicitors to exchange and complete the purchase. They were very helpful solicitors, and guided us all the way to successful completion. All the staffs from wards, Rich, Julia, & Sally were very open and helpful during the purchase. Much recommendation from us.

Everyone at the branch was very helpful and easy to talk to, listened to us and made selling stress free. Really appreciated Kim pushing and chasing the solicitors too! Very helpful and made us feel like we were important.
