A beautiful and spacious lake house. I came here with my family for my 40th Birthday celebration and we all had an amazing time. The house is stunning and in a great location with Cirencester and Swindon a short drive away.
Set on a beautiful lake, this property has everything you need for a getaway.
The interiors are well maintained and stylish and there is plenty of space for a large group. The kids particularly loved the hideaway areas in 2 of the rooms as well as the large TV in the living room.
The panoramic views from the top bedroom are amazing, I only wish we could have stayed for longer!
Special thanks to the team at Watermark Holidays who found a coat we left behind and went out of their way to post it back to me!

What a pleasure. My family and I (13 of us) were nearby for a family birthday party. We went for 2 lodges near each other at 22/40 Landings. Although different layouts they were both ideal for our purposes, large, airy and bright. They were well furnished and had all the pots, pans and cutlery we could need and the beds, bedding snd towels were excellent. Having taken so much trouble to provide all this it was interesting that they only supplied one toilet roll per bathroom!!!|A minor point as we all thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the lodges and the genera area and with an outside deck overlooking the lakes, superb.

We stayed at 24 Summer Lake for the Christmas period . our first impression was of a bright ,clean and welcoming lodge , that impression stayed with us for our entire stay ! The beds were very comfortable ,the kitchen was very well equipped in fact the lodge supplied everything we might have needed including a boat , which we used on the lake !
So in conclusion we can certainly recommend Watermark Holidays and the lodges they manage .

The most incredible week! We wanted to move in. The house was immaculate, styled to perfection and we loved the upside down living which made the most of the stunning views over the lake. The location is a dream. We hired paddle boards and kayaks and the kids were on the lake every day. We loved that everything was so close by and the whole family became pizza addicts after eating at the pizzeria nearby. We will 100% be rebooking for next year.

Lovely week at a beautiful lodge looking over lakes and green spaces. Lodge was gorgeous with everything you could need inc a BBQ which we used to celebrate a special birthday. Would definitely visit again. Thank you to Watermark Hols and such a friendly, helpful team. X

Stayed at the landings last week with family. House was spotlessly Clean, very well furnished and exceeded expectations. Service from the watermark team (especially philippa) was excellent from time of initial enquiry down to checkout. Would 100% recommend watermark and the cotswold water park for a relaxing, luxury uk break.

We stayed at 21 Summer Lake and it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and clean, everything we needed was supplied and the location is basically perfect! The activities we arranged with the kids were so close to where we were staying (archery, paintball etc.) and there are so many great places to eat nearby. We also have two dogs and being able to walk them around where we were staying was fantastic. Highly Recommend.

The property we hired through watermark was perfect for our family get together. It was even nicer than it looked in the images, spacious, immaculately clean and well equipped. The iPad at the property with lots of helpful information was really useful. The team at Watermark have been very helpful and quick to respond to emails. We would definitely visit again!

After an unfortunate start to our holiday and a move of property within the Watermark complex we had a very good week.
The property was immaculate with a glorious view. Very peaceful and relaxing watching the wildlife.
One small remark is that a welcome pack is not provided, unusual in any property these days.
We would return as Watermark were a professional company to deal with.

We stayed at 48 Windrush lake last weekend and had an amazing time. The lodge was super clean and brilliantly equipped. Sitting right on the lake and next to the launching area made it very easy to just take out our paddleboards whenever we wanted. The site was very clean and extremely quiet. The location made it easy to explore the local area. Thank you also to your team who were great to deal with and went above and beyond dropping off a spare garden umbrella on the Saturday. We'll be back!

We stayed at 24 Summer Lake over Easter 2023 and absolutely loved this property. We are group aged 13 - 87 and everyone loved it. It was spotless and amazingly well equipped, obviously not designed or equipped as a standard holiday let but as a home. The position right on the lake with the extra decking on the water was just lovely and the hot tub a real treat for us. The site was very quiet and well kept and the younger members of our group played lots of tennis on the court which they always seemed to get access to.
