5 star service from Christina Hughes and Craig Norris at McFarlanes, Cricklade. In a very challenging market our ex-rental property was advertised on a Monday, viewings took place the next day and we accepted an offer the day after.
Craig was responsible for presale advice and presentation of the property on the internet. Thereafter Christina kept us informed of the progress of the sale, acting as intermediary between us, our buyer and both parties’ solicitors and was proactive in pushing things along when progress seemed to be losing momentum.
Overall very pleased with the service received from McFarlanes Cricklade office.

A professional and courteous sale from start to finish. Good advice on the pricing from Paul & Vicky with feedback after each viewing and recommending excellent solicitors. Once the sale had been agreed, Christina kept us updated throughout. It was always a pleasure to hear her joyful voice and her persistence at getting all parties to do what they were supposed to do in good time was most helpful.

A bit late as we completed our purchase in March but we have been busy. Christina Hughes was really helpful and communicative, although I will say that we were delayed sooo much because of the top of the chain solicitors, still not Christina’s fault and she did chase them for us really often. All in all happy with the process and we LOVE our new home
