Went in slade to ask about a property, they said they would to try to get us a viewing 3 months later were still waiting, so unprofessional how they are still going is beyond me.?
In reply to your response there is no confusion on our part only on your part, the guy in question could not really be bothered with us, total waste of space as a estate agent don't go there.?

I bought a house in Cricklade and CB Slade were the agents for the seller. CB Slade were excellent in showing the house, answering questions and helping the buying process. They were great to deal with.

Our family have used CB Slade on multiple occasions over the years to both buy and sell properties, their professional and practical approach has always made them the obvious choice for all our property needs. During our latest sale Christian and Liz could not have been more helpful and understanding throughout the entire process of selling our property. I was so grateful for how responsive and proactive they were in helping us achieve a quick sale, from arranging for local trades to assist us or keeping all parties thoroughly up to date throughout.
Highly recommended.

I dealt with C B Slade -in particular with Elizabeth Stacey - for 8 years, She handled both letting the property and finally its recent sale. Liz was a pleasure to deal with throughout all that time, She found suitable and solvent tenants, efficient and competent tradesmen when they were needed and was a source of much valued wise and pragmatic advice in negotiating a sale in a falling market and in the face of a tendentious survey of a conservatory attached to the property, I cannot recommend her too highly,

Christian and Liz provided an A1 service for the sale of our 4 bed roomed property. Five viewings in the first week, 2 offers at the asking price and an agreed sale. They kept us up-to-date and guided us through the selling process, communication with us was always spot-on and we got the result we hoped for. We'll happily use CB Slade again in the future.

I just thought I should write a review to give credit to Elizabeth of CB Slade for being such an outstanding letting agent. I've been letting out property for a number of years now and have experienced many different letting agencies and individuals and I just wanted to say that Liz stands out as exceptional!
She is efficient and thorough and available. She is knowledgable and is great at problem-solving. I always appreciate speaking to her but over the years especially if a problem arrises. She listens to me and calms me down and comes up with solutions. She is outstanding.
Thank you CB Slade for looking after my property for quite a few years now. I do appreciate the excellent service.

I just completed on a property I found through CB Slade in Cricklade Swindon . From the first viewing right through to the day of completion, I cannot thank them enough for all they did, mainly thanks to Christian. They were friendly, professional, quick service and ready to help you all the time. We would definitely buy or sell again through them in future. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I called the office as a property investor with the intention to view three properties. Whilst in discussion with a gentleman was stated he was the owner of CBSlade did nothing but be rude, interrupt, patronising and arrogant to me from the offset, then actually asked me if I had a problem with him! I had the phone on speaker and my husband was also appalled at the way he spoke to me and conducted his business. I emailed the office after as was upset, to receive a non apologetic babbled email saying how they have to ask all the questions due to Covid, totally missing the fact about how rude, arrogant and unprofessional he was! Please be aware buyers and sellers before you considered using this agency.
