I have just sold my house through Weldons and what a smooth transition it has been, thanks to Callum!!
Firstly, he gave me the best commission rate, out of all the other estate agents that I received quotes from. He wasn't too pushy, he is down to earth, very honest and straight talking. I have never sold a house before and he couldn't have been more lovely and helped me with every step of the way.
From taking photos of my house, to getting the advert online, took less that 24 hours!!!!
Callum took the photos himself, which were of high quality and made my house look amazing!!!
Within 8 days, I had 12 viewings and 3 offers! There were 5 houses involved in the chain, which can be quite worrying, however, Callum, did sales chasing and was able to sync it all together, even though the other houses weren't all listed with him. If he hadn't have gone that extra mile, I'm not sure it would have gone through!!!
This man works incredibly hard and is so good at what he does! I would only ever buy and sell through him in the future.

I used Weldon's to purchase my first place. I was really impressed by the team and Callum in particular who helped advise and guide me through the whole process.
When he initially showed me around the property it was clear he knew what he was talking about and had plenty of details on the area and property itself. Vastly more switched on and knowledgeable than other high street agents who had shown me around previous homes.

My tenant had given notice as Calum had found her a larger property, within a few days of instructing him he had five viewings on my property at half hour intervals. With his advice one was selected and they moved in two days after the previous tenant left, just enough time to get it cleaned and a bit of painting done. We have been on the market for two days with a reputable estate agent (Connells) in Shaftesbury. We have had three viewings booked within 4 hours of going live with our listing and another viewing booked the following day.
To receive a letter from Weldons stating that they have noticed our property had been listed for some time now (clearly their researcher is misguided or making this up) and a business card from Callum Harbison with the letter stating please ring me ASAP ref TP137 I find morally and ethically wrong. It does not show their company to be professional and indeed shows them to be, in my opinion, underhand. Upon ringing Mr Harbison there was no relevance to the ref given on the back of the business card. It was just a ruse to try and steal business from another agent. Callum is a highly trained professional and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I had my property on the market with 2 agents for over 7 Weeks with little interest coming in from them. Callum knocked on my door and introduced himself, and I must say I was very impressed at his go and get it attitude. I soon signed up with Callum over a cup of tea and he set off to work. My goodness, I had never had so many viewings! Within a 48 hour period, I had let my property after many let downs, through Weldons.
