We were particularly impressed by the care they took over the photographs and presentation of the house, and by the fact that the whole team came to see the house before it was listed, to ensure they all understood the property's features and selling points. The pre-sale advice we received was relevant and helpful. The team achieved a very good sale for us during a difficult market period and helped us negotiate a final price we were more than happy with. Overall we would thoroughly recommend them to anyone with a distinctive property to sell and seeking a first-class estate agent service.

The Domus team in Wareham, Alison Owens and Trisha Ashby-Rudd, who succeeded in selling my property in Bere Regis were absolutely fabulous from the start to the end of the process. Realistic about the price to ask for and making everything work when I, the client, was beginning to despair. Selling a listed cottage in a conservation area turned out to be even more difficult than I feared it would be. But Domus worked the necessary miracles. I am one super happy customer/client.

We needed a flexible solution and their very good relationships with all parties involved ensured we achieved this. We Highly recommend them.
26th Jul 2022 (2 years ago)Over valued our property at £1,500,000. Then asked us to reduce asking price by £250,000, had people viewing offering £1,000,000 thinking we were desperate to sell because of the large reduction. Sacked them after two months, house never sold.

He was always available to assist me, and the brochures created for my home were beautiful. The clientele attracted by Forum Estate Agents is wonderful. I hope the new homeowners are happy, and I’m truly pleased with my experience. Great service overall, and I would highly recommend them!

Dan was superb from start to finish: professional, responsive, supportive and considerate, with a rare blend of sensitivity and realism, plus an unparalleled knowledge of the local area and the market. This is expertise and service of the highest calibre, and at every point throughout the purchase/sale, which involved negotiation and liaison with a number of stakeholders. Dan managed it all brilliantly. A shout out too to Julia and to Amanda, whose kindness and empathy were of particular note during the process. We purchased through them 15 years ago and thought they were great then. We have now just sold the same property through them. Always quick to deal with queries etc. Would recommend.
