Incredibly good Home Buyer Report by JAMES WELDON (assisted by Rachel Revell). James rang us up right after visiting the property, spending a good 50' to take us through all his finding, explaining stuff in plain English. The written report followed quickly, clear and detailed. This is the second time I have used this service with Chaffers and the first report saved me thousands with my previous landlord when they tried to blame me for damages that were there when I took the premises. Terrible estate agents. Bone idle. Had my house from December to April. Only two viewings. The pictures they put online line were dreadful, so bad I had to take my own, however I am no photographer. I wanted to leave before the sixteen weeks were over because they were so disinterested in my property, but they wouldn’t let me. If all that wasn’t BAD enough they are now putting off potential buyers because I have gone to a different agent and they are telling them my house is too expensive, although it’s priced according to their recommendations. I think that is a very underhanded way to behave, totally unprofessional. Whilst I was with them I sent in a friend to enquire about my house, they were too busy eating their sandwiches to take any details. ADVOID like the plague !!! Use another agent that is not only interested in selling your property but can take a half decent photo.... Read more
