Incredibly good Home Buyer Report by JAMES WELDON (assisted by Rachel Revell). James rang us up right after visiting the property, spending a good 50' to take us through all his finding, explaining stuff in plain English. The written report followed quickly, clear and detailed. James spotted very important but non-obvious issues, usefully suggesting how to investigate them further. And he was available even after producing the report, for further follow-up and explanations. Way, way above expectations.

An extremely efficient,professional service from a great team. Despite a couple of setbacks in trying personal times, nothing was too much trouble. I even used the removals company suggested by them, who were equally brilliant. Excellent value for money, and a friendly team. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
