Couldn’t recommend chaffers enough. They were so helpful, so on board on helping us get settled into our new home, had weekly updates and it wasn’t any hassle for them to help with anything we needed help with. They were great, we had Emma help us with our property and she was excellent.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I have to say that Harry Fishenden, who showed us around the property we purchased, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, well prepared, and full of enthusiasm — which was absolutely infectious!
Harry is a real credit to Chaffers. His professionalism, work ethic, and exceptional communication skills made the whole experience of buying and relocating so much more positive and enjoyable. No question was ever too much for him; he was always quick to offer advice and find solutions to any queries we had.
We viewed the property several times, and Harry always made arranging visits simple and stress-free. He really knows how to build rapport and clearly has a passion for learning and developing in his role. Even our little one enjoyed seeing Harry and felt included in the process!
He truly is an asset to Chaffers, and we can’t thank him and the team enough for all their help along the way.

Incredibly good Home Buyer Report by JAMES WELDON (assisted by Rachel Revell). James rang us up right after visiting the property, spending a good 50' to take us through all his finding, explaining stuff in plain English. The written report followed quickly, clear and detailed. James spotted very important but non-obvious issues, usefully suggesting how to investigate them further. And he was available even after producing the report, for further follow-up and explanations. Way, way above expectations.

Superb service again for a Schedule of Condition on commercial premises. Extremely thorough report and excellent pictures highlighting existing issues.
This is the second time I have used this service with Chaffers and the first report saved me thousands with my previous landlord when they tried to blame me for damages that were there when I took the premises. With such a professional report which detailed absolutely everything they stopped trying to argue immediately and returned my deposit. Game, set and match...Thank you Chaffers!

From the start Chaffers were professional and ensured they communicated throughout, from booking appointments, feedback after appointments and the whole process from offer. A special thank you to Jackie, I feel she went above and beyond with the services she provided to me, due to personal circumstances.
It was never going to be an easy process selling my property, due to other complexities, however, today I received the news that I have exchanged contracts. Having COVID-19 thrown in during the process added a whole new dimension and once Jackie was aware I had become ill, she checked on my regularly through phone and email ..... a service you do not except!

Terrible estate agents. Bone idle. Had my house from December to April. Only two viewings. The pictures they put online line were dreadful, so bad I had to take my own, however I am no photographer. I wanted to leave before the sixteen weeks were over because they were so disinterested in my property, but they wouldn’t let me. If all that wasn’t BAD enough they are now putting off potential buyers because I have gone to a different agent and they are telling them my house is too expensive, although it’s priced according to their recommendations. I think that is a very underhanded way to behave, totally unprofessional. Whilst I was with them I sent in a friend to enquire about my house, they were too busy eating their sandwiches to take any details. ADVOID like the plague !!! Use another agent that is not only interested in selling your property but can take a half decent photo.
