Lucy worked tirelessly to ensure the sale of our flat in Sunningdale. She offered a service above and beyond any local agent (e.g WhatsApp availability almost 24/7) and always kept us updated of the progress, market conditions and top tips. Wellingtons have gone above and beyond with both my sale and purchase. Not only did they sell my property in record time but they managed to get above the asking price! Wellingtons know their properties inside and out prior to conducting visits which I feel definitely contributed to selling my property so fast.
