We met her on the 1st visit and straight away we were filled with confidence. Amazing women, Truly amazing! A heart of gold!Underwent major surgery and still kept in contact/working from a hospital bed, during recovery she came out on crutches for a 2nd visit, bubbly, smiling no problem at all, she deserves a gold medal! Very disappointing experience with Lucy Egan from Wellington/Hortons. As a solo first-time buyer, I was spoken to in a patronising and condescending manner throughout the viewing. When I mentioned the property’s location near the motorway, I was abruptly told, “Well, we’re done here now, aren’t we?” and shown the door. I was also judged for my budget and told I shouldn’t be viewing the property, and met with a shake of the head and a look of what I can only describe as disgust—highly unprofessional, despite simply exploring options. The agent’s attitude was rude and dismissive from start to finish. I won’t be viewing with them again.... Read more

She offered a service above and beyond any local agent (e.g WhatsApp availability almost 24/7) and always kept us updated of the progress, market conditions and top tips. Wellingtons have gone above and beyond with both my sale and purchase. Not only did they sell my property in record time but they managed to get above the asking price! Wellingtons know their properties inside and out prior to conducting visits which I feel definitely contributed to selling my property so fast. They are also very covid secure and I felt confident that the health of my family was not being put at risk due to all the safety measures in place.
