Chancellors Estate Agents Camberley couldn't have asked to be represented more positively than it was by Lettings Negotiator Jodie Nicholson during our recent rental search. Warning, ?? Truly dreadful service, they left an external door unlocked after a viewing, they went for three weeks without their promised weekly check in call, their management is shambolic and their communication appalling. Left them and went with another agent and property sold within a week 25k above asking price. Avoid Chancellors like the plague.

They completely ruined the house buying experience for us!! They didn't manage the seller well and couldn't get required information from seller for almost 10 months after the offer was accepted. The most annoying part was they would not update us, would never answer their phone, if luckily we get through to them they would promise to update us and never call back. Totally unprofessional. Wasted so much of our time and money!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to write one about the amazing customer service we received when dealing with Danielle Sheperd over the last six years.
Danielle goes above and beyond for her vendors and prospective buyers. I always felt confident during the process as she had everything in hand. I never felt like I needed to worry as she is extremely capable and brilliant at her job.
She is a credit to her company, who need more employees with the same attitude and customer care skills as Danielle ??

Alfie has been consistently helpful throughout the process of our purchase, due to work that needed to be carried out in our new property Alfie was always happy to aid us in getting contractors to the property for quotes when needed. Alfie was also available on the phone for any of our queries and if he wasn’t available called back as soon as he could. Shockingly unprofessional and insistent.
Clearly the business must be slow because they kept calling me after repeatedly telling them that I am not selling anymore and I’m not interested in renting. I explicitly told them to remove my number from their lists. They ignored that and kept calling me to get me on the market as if nothing happened.
Chancers is a definition that comes to mind.

My Partner and I have become experts on this now as we enter week 6 of house searching around 5 key areas for our large family. We met with Jessica at Chancellors for a house viewing on Saturday the 14th. When planning or visualising the home for your family, you need more than 15 mins as It is not great being ushered in and out like an F1 pit stop crew. Jessica spent the time with us that was needed and not only that, she kindly gave clear honest opinions before we walked into a room, positive but also negative with a solution in mind. This was the transparent navigation we have not experienced as of yet and was thankful for it. We are still on the search as our personal application considers many children but we hope to work with Chancellors again on this journey. Superb professionalism and service.

I've been trying to book a viewing since 7 days ago and still couldn't get it. The communication is basically zero and what they only love to do, is taking details and tell you they will call you back where there won't be any call back. I called them more that 10 times and now I am thinking how are these guys making money there.

We had a really great experience with Alfie showing us the property, to the point our little daughter felt so familiar and started playing around him! As he is a well organized agent, he called me twice to remind me our booking and he had answers to all of our questions. Very unprofessional. Was supposed to have a viewing at 17:40 with Jessica Cooke but she called 20 minutes before the viewing to ask if I can come earlier but told her I couldn't. 5 minutes later I get a call from one of her colleague saying that I said I will be late when I wasn't. Drove by the property at 17:40 no one was there. Parked by the side of the property and payed for parking and walked back again this time it was 17:45 and still no one was there. I waited 5 minutes before calling the office and was told that she was there so I waited until 18:00 outside in the cold when I decided i wasn't going to wait anymore and decided to leave. I then get an email from Jessica saying she waited for me for 20 minutes which was a lie and that she had to be at another property at 18:15.
All in all 2 hours of my day wasted as I traveled far.
Will definitely not be using them.

Our property was taken on by Paul Bosanko after he came round 2nd November. After receiving forms we gave verbal consent 6th November and signed forms were returned 11th November. 12th November I received the ID check call Then nothing....
Chased 6 days later (18th November ) for the next steps and a photographer had not even been booked yet! Chased Amber again 20th. Managed to get one out the following day and finally, and chased on 30th as to why it was not online yet. 1st December our property was on the various selling portals... just shy of a month after I verbally confirmed instruction ! They also spelled my name wrong, despite me signing the end of every email with it spelled correctly! Called for a video tour to be done and Adele came out to do it, but it was never used ???????
7th December I chased Paul about a board. No reply. 28th December chased again. Still no reply.
Received a call to drop the price £25k on 7th Jan and agreed. Automated emails followed. Still no board.
29th January Louise from head office calls, I ranted about my issues and the fact the branch (Camberley) were ignoring me and she managed to get a board and said she would rearrange the advert to make it more appealing. So the photo order was changed. That’s it. Board arrived a couple of days later.
5th Feb FIRST VIEWING! Saw on the security cameras that they were inside for 3 minutes! Unless they sprinted round I don’t see how they saw the whole house! Received automated feedback and have not managed to speak to a person since then, and today is 13th Feb!
To say I’m unimpressed and an understatement!

I don't normally do reviews but I do feel let down by Chancellors. We decided to terminate the contract we had signed within the 14 day cooling off period as we were not quite ready to go on the market and was forced to pay £216 of costs. When signing the contract we were told there was a 14 day cooling off period so I was happy to sign the contract there and then. We realised afterwards that the valuation we had been given was probably unrealistic and too high (we probably got excited by this which is why we were keen to sign) and felt it was not dealt with very well. It felt like the valuation was based on what we wanted to hear not what was realistic in order to sell the property within a few months. After 7 days we were told if we did not pay they would get the debt collectors involved! It is frustrating as we probably would have gone with them when we were ready but instead very upset by how we felt we had been treated.

Very disappointed with the service, was given false expectations in relation to the date that we could move in causing me a lot of trouble, having to arrange a hotel to stay in. It was hard to get hold of the agent and the paperwork took ages to be ready, still not ready, and the referencing still hasn't been done.

I have recently cancelled a contract with a well known independent Letting Agent.
I was disillusioned so I contacted Chancellors to take over the letting.
As I was about to leave for a holiday Jonathan Pepper came the same day to take the necessary details and I was so impressed with the manner in which the situation was managed, I signed the contract. Tenants were quickly found for the property.
In view of of this I would recommend your Camberley Office highly. I would just like to add the dealings I also had with Leona Wills were efficient and courteous.
