Went to viewing and all was great until we had to communicate with the letting team at Fair Oak. No response or follow up. Called few times and the person was never available, never actually replied to my email even tho she said she would this resulted in us not getting the house. Not impressed with them at all.

Every member of staff was great! One thing that really stood out was the positivity of everyone. Communication was really good and they were quick to chase or respond when necessary. Everything explained at our first meeting with Luke was 100% delivered. Thank you to all of the team!!

Overall I was satisfied, the only feedback I have is I would have appreciated a little more communication around viewing arrangements and cancelled viewings via street weren't always received by the people that booked the viewing.

Amazing service from start to where we are now. Could not be better. Claire Southwell and Michaela Roper from the Bishops Waltham branch were absolutely incredible. Both highly proactive, professional, friendly, approachable and efficient. So happy that we decided to go with White and Guard.

I found all their staff extremely professional, polite and not aggressive in their marketing approach and appraisal. Very impressed with the number of viewings that they had arranged, on average a viewing every other day. They always gave you feedback after each viewing. My property was sold within 3 weeks.

from start to finish, me and my girlfriend received excellent service from White and Guard. We had a huge chain and whilst there was a few hiccups (because the chain was so large) White and Guard did everything they could to make sure we were kept updated. Huge shout out to Dan who dealt with the initial viewing and Leanna who was our sales chaser! Can't praise them enough.
