We made an offer, and were then told property was in testate, but we said put the offer in, no reply. We upped the offer again no reply.
This has been a very shabby dealing with this company.

I was selling the house on behalf of my mother. I live 250 miles away, so this had all the potential for being an absolute nightmare. However thanks to the team this process was seamless. I was kept informed by phone and email, nothing seemed too much trouble. I would say they went above and beyond. They were brilliant.

Overall we were disappointed by the lack of any regular communication. We did receive feedback after viewings, but otherwise we had to take the initiative and request updates. We are now putting the property on the market with a different agent.
