Although overestimated sale price, so did three other estate agents. They made a real effort taking the advertising photographs and communication was good throughout.

Initially had 3 Valuers from local agents. All came in with similar valuations.
Jamie who valued ours seemed to be the strongest character and least like a “yes man”
What they did that was different to the others was show examples of the same properties being marketed by themselves vs other agents.
We also noticed that most of the stuff we were clicking on on Rightmove were theirs.
Tammie who was the seller, very direct, no messing about and always felt like I was being treated honestly.
