Right from my first contact with white and guard I found them very efficient They came quickly to value property and took great photos It was advertised quickly. I also was kept updated with viewings and feedback Property sold subject to contract within 4 weeks Always spoke to someone when I phoned the office. If the person I wanted was unavailable I always got a prompt call back

Through to sale agreed, exchange and completion. Expectations with all parties were well managed and they went above and beyond to make sure important documents were delivered. The process of purchasing through White & Guard was an excellent experience. Simon was extremely helpful (as were the other team members I interacted with) and communicative. Simon managed both parties’ expectations very well in terms discussions over the weeks. A stress-free process all in all and very happy with my new home!
