Happy to hide any issues that you may miss to get their sellers top money. Then when the sale goes through won’t help you rectify them in the slightest. Selling a dangerous property with a light switch in the bathroom less than a meter from a shower, no smoke alarms, faulty electric meter, constant debris falling down the chimney, TWO water leaks causing lasting damage a leaking roof, non functioning fridge freezer unit, radiators not working, sunken floor boards and many more issues. Be prepared to pay for any issues to get sorted yourself on top of the money you’re already paying for the property and to the estate agents. I would never ever use this agent again and will certainly tell others not to. They will never side with the buyer and always with the seller. They’re just as guilty as the sellers.... Read more

We have bought and sold through the Bitterne office and are very grateful to the whole team. Jamie and Rebekah were great. We sold and subsequently bought through White and Guard this year and they were fab throughout the entire process. The sales progression team really helped keep everyone in the loop and move things along faster and saved me having to chase solicitors. Any queries I had were dealt with really quickly and I was kept up to date with any changes quickly. We dealt with Jo and Tammie throughout and they were both very friendly and efficient. Thank you! I am a natural sceptic of estate agents having had multiple poor experiences in the past, to the point that I thought 'they're all the same' and 'how "good" is a good estate agent?' My experience with White & Guard has so far exceeded my expectations (in a positive way) that it has restored my faith that there are some genuinely excellent agents out there who go the extra 10 miles and pull out all the stops.
