Although we didn’t end up buying through Connells in Eastleigh (we bought through their Romsey branch), Dan, Hobbie and Hayden could not have been more helpful. They took time to understand our needs, explained everything in as much detail as we needed, and even gave honest advice relating to properties being sold by other agents when asked (those other agents, incidentally, didn’t appear to have the level of knowledge Connells do).
We truly felt like Connells were working with us to find the right property at the right price, rather than just wanting to sell to us.
Highly recommended from a buyers perspective.

My initial mortgage adviser changed roles just before my first house purchase. We had built a good rapport, and I was worried about being transferred. In hindsight, all my concerns were ill placed! I was transferred to Charlotte Williams, who did a fantastic job of patiently guiding me through the complex process. She even explained aspects of the conveyancing process and highlighted points of concern after the building survey. Beyond this, she was very diligent and responsive with the mortgage application. Usually, emailing or phoning me soon after any interest rate drops to discuss updating my application. She would then watch the application and update me on the progress. Finally, her support was fundamental in the rushed completion that was needed in my case. She has been invaluable for a first-time buyer like me, and I look forward to contacting her regarding any future mortgage needs!

Rude, aggressive sales and clearly only interested in your money or what they can get from you. The moment you dont show interest in what they need, they dont let you view. Bought through Stanfords anyway, ???? DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING LIED TO AND CALLED EVERY DAY UP TO 5 TIMES FROM DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS.

Tried to view a property and they wouldnt let me unless i saw their mortgage advisor which im pretty sure is against all regulations then proceeded to slag off the agent i instruted to sell my own home. Absolutely WILL NEVER USE THEM EVEN IF THEY ARE THE LAST AGENTS ON EARTH. STAY AWAY
