I have dealt with Dan several times over the last 5 years and have to say I will not be using anyone else in the future we have created a great relationship as well as his lovely helpful colleagues.
This sale has been a very long drawn out process and been very frustrating at times Dan and his team have always been there at the end of the phone reassuring me and making me feel at ease as we all know selling and buying houses is so stressful at the best of times.
Dan also helped myself and my family sell our family home after our parents passed away last year , it was a hard process and they all made it and stress free as they could for myself and my sisters.
Well done Connels Eastleigh 5* for you all especially Dan .

My partner and I recently used Connells in Eastleigh to a sell a property and the ‘service’ offered was shocking. No communication from sales manager and when concerns were raised they fell on deaf ears and ignored. We would have to chase for updates and on many occasions it would be us updating them. Having purchased a property from a different estate agents I am aware there are other estate agents that do respect their clients. There was no effort made to improve our experience to the point we didn’t hear from them after we exchanged! Having been with them from March, i would not recommend using them and extremely encourage looking elsewhere

Hayden was absolutely brilliant, house went on the market and was sold within 2 weeks. He kept in touch at every stage and other than being very good at his job, cared about our situation and went above what I expected. Chloe sorted our mortgage and again what a wonderful lady, always available to answer anything we asked and nothing was a problem, she made everything so easy and relaxed. I don’t normally do reviews as people are just doing their jobs but felt I had to express my gratitude to these two lovely, dedicated people, thanks Hayden and Chloe your stars ????

Appalling. I would not recommend listing a property with Connels in Eastleigh. We listed a three bed property a few months ago and the sales service Connels has provided has been terrible. Viewings are often booked without any communication to see if we can both accommodate (we have previously told Connels that we both WFH and need to move meetings around first) and on several occasions now the agent has either not turned up or very late. Today a client was waiting 20 minutes in the 27 degree heat because the agent apparently went to the wrong house. I can understand this might happen on occasion but this has happened in nearly each viewing on our property. Another gripe is that after a viewing we often have to contact Connels for feedback and too often we are speaking with someone who doesn't know who or what is going on. Avoid for sales.

Phenomenal! Over the last 8 months (1 attempted purchase which fell through and a second purchase which has now completed!) Connells have been amazing. I went to them for mortgage advice and they managed to get me a fantastic deal. Nothing was too much and whatever issue arose they dealt with in a calm and professional manner which put my mind at rest (as a very nervous first time buyer) dealt with both Charlotte Williams (Eastleigh) and Emma Pithie (bittern e/southampton) and both we amazing! Thank you so much!!

Connells were great, worked really hard during the whole process of buying our new house. They were easy to communicate with and really helpful. On the day of moving in there were some complications, through no fault of connells, however Dan, Hobbie and Chloe worked tirelessly to sort it! Very happy with them.
