We had a fantastic experience selling our home with Who Property. After struggling to sell with another agent, we came across Who Property’s marketing videos online and were impressed by their fresh and modern approach. By chance, David knocked on our door one day to ask how things were going with our current agent and after speaking with him and Connor we decided to make the switch. The difference was immediate. They quickly arranged new photos, video marketing and a refreshed listing which generated a large amount of interest and viewings. In the end we received three offers at the same time. Connor handled the day-to-day communication and was excellent throughout the whole process, always keeping us updated and ensuring everything kept moving. When our solicitors unexpectedly went into administration just a week before exchange, Connor was incredibly supportive and worked closely with us, our buyer and both sets of solicitors to keep the sale on track. We were selling as we had outgrown our home and needed somewhere larger for our family and our two daughters, so having such a proactive and supportive agent made a huge difference. I am still in the process of moving house, however so far, Connor and David at Who Property have been brilliant. Connor valued the house and the following weekend took all the photos and video tour of the property, and within a couple of days the property advert was live. Back-to-back viewings were booked for the weekend after, with multiple offers (including two above asking price) were received on the day. Connor and David have been very responsive throughout the process, and supported me with queries relating both to my sale, and the property I am hoping to buy.
