Paul Berg at BlakeStanley has been brilliant in selling my flat. He worked ferociously hard to get loads of viewings – many more than I was expecting, then negotiated a great deal – well above the asking price.
Things were a bit tricky during the difficult limbo between agreeing the sale and completion, and I must confess I nearly lost the plot on more than one occasion. At these times I was glad of Paul’s steady nerve, sense of humour and ability to get tough when necessary.

We made an offer that was unfortunately not accepted but I just wanted to say how much I was impressed with Rihannon from start to finish, she was an absolute star and really made us feel that she had our best interests at heart. Even though we didn't get the property she did her best and wasted no time in refunding our holding deposit. When we need to move again she will be our first point of contact!

Stop lying to tenants and landlords. Gavin Bryan was pretending to give us messages from the landlords about repairs but when we spoke to the landlords directly it turned out they didn't know about any of our requests and he had been making up the responses. He had given them fake email addresses for us so they couldn't contact us. He was also getting his mates to do repairs on the property and then overcharging the landlords for badly done jobs (one 'work man' showed up without any ladder or tools and had to borrow them from us, the landlords told us they had been charged over £1000 for this job which wasn't even completed). It took them turning up at the property in person to inspect the works for them to find out the truth, at which point the landlords fired him and we had to deal directly with them until we could leave. Avoid like the plague.
