We recently sold our house in Holywell through William Gleave Estate Agents and couldn’t recommend them enough.<br><br>From start to finish, Olivia was incredibly persistent, understanding and always willing to communicate and keep us updated throughout the process. She was extremely professional, while also bringing a fantastic personal touch that made the whole experience feel much more straightforward and reassuring.<br><br>The team managed to negotiate an offer above asking price within a week of the property going on the market, which was a fantastic result.<br><br>We would definitely use William Gleave again and would particularly recommend Olivia for her professionalism, dedication and personal approach. We've had a really positive experience with William Gleave Estate Agents. From the very beginning, whole team was friendly and approachable. Matt kept us updated throughout the process, answered all our questions patiently and did everything he could to make sure we were able to move into the property well before the start date of my new job. The property was still undergoing renovation when we were due to move in, but Matt worked hard to make sure everything was ready on time so we could move in as planned. On moving day, we had a problem with the key box code. Matt came over himself and handed us the keys which was a huge help and took a lot of stress out of the situation. Thank you to Matt and everyone at William Gleave Estate Agents. We'd happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.

I have been very impressed from start to finish how professionally the team have worked and supported me smoothly through the recent sale of my property.
They kept me informed every step of the way and also communicated regularly with the buyer and my solicitor to keep the process moving.
As an owner living overseas, they were patient and understanding of time delays in my communication to them.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would like to thank them for their service in getting my property sold quickly and efficiently.

William Gleave were my estate agents for my first home. From viewing until final handover of keys, Amy has been with me every step of the way. She has gone above and beyond!!
