We cannot speak highly enough of William H Brown in Rothwell, and in particular the service we received from Tim and Tracey.
Both Tim and Tracey were kind, courteous and incredibly helpful during the entire process which went smoothly from the very first meeting all the way through to the key exchange at the end (we bought through them too!).
We were kept informed every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. They have loads of local knowledge and advice not to mention a sense of humour which, when you're moving house and feeling a little of the inevitable stress the process generates, is really important to carry you through the experience.
I would recommend William H Brown in Rothwell to anyone looking to sell their property and will definitely use their services again in the future.

Pulled selling my house with these lot as the service was atrocious.
Now I have area managers calling me up asking if they can still tout the house to potential buyers.
Now I’m getting sent booking texts and emails for valuations by them that I haven’t even asked for? I mean really what the absolute fudge are these lot at?
The utter fudgery of this lot and for that matter anything to do with the Connells group is unbelievable.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Terrible experience, sold my house at the end of Feb 2021, Middle of March had a call from W H B. Mid March had a call from W H Brown asking for some document, an hour later another call saying buyer failed for some reason and if I'd like to put house back on the market, 3 days later accepted new offer of "first time buyers". Last 2 weeks on each call to I made to ask about the progress in my case, as a reply I've been told that case is with solicitors (apparently same that I'm using for my sale and buy). Called solicitors and been told they have never been informed about the sale, another call to agent and same story "paperwork has been provided to PPL solicitors" Stuff in past 3 months has changed twice. Not sure what's going on in this branch but I'd avoid. Not recommended

So far I have only good things to say about William H brown, I can without a doubt say i have never met an estate agent like alison before which says alot considering I am also an estate agent lol. Her service was/is amazing! she has a warm nature and lovely personality. Alison was professional at all times and very informative. I generally felt she along with Amrit has had our best interest at heart which is rare to see in this profession. I wish i found my house through William H Brown so i could carry on working with her but nonetheless Amrit has been nothing short of spectacular thus far and I'm so glad I have a mortgage advisor like him. I will definately be recommending William H Brown. Please dont stop what your doing as you guys are amazing.
