THE worst experience AND staff EVER. NOT The current staff beginning 2024. Previous staff had to be chased for updates, always had to ask for them to do their job even after waiting for days for them to action before we chased. Wrong information given. Didn’t turn up for showings. Useless. POOR POOR SERVICE from the office manager Latisha and down. Charlie was good but left. High staff turnover every couple of months. Not surprised. Will never use this company ever again

I highly recommend this agent. When i bought this house they assisted me greatly with communications to my solicitor and generally chasing progress. I might have given up without their help. Now I am selling the house they have organised and executed an open day, screened bidders and given advice which has resulted in a quick sale. The only thing I have had to do is tidy the house for the viewings. 10/10

Very proactive & friendly. Managed to secure viewings which led to offers when the estate agent that I was dual advertising with and had been sole advertising with, months before joining WHBrown, had not yielded any offers. They work hard and it’s paid off. Very happy with their service!

Awful service told to accept offer as buyers in great position for quick sale 6 weeks later buyers still not got mortgage, constantly chasing them told them I’m paying them to chase things reply was I haven’t paid anything yet so basically I WILL be paying £4200.00 on (if) completion so if you want to make yourself ill with stress this is the company
