James Turner who is the manager of Letting property is excellent in dealing their clients like me. Every time I ask questions he always answer and explain it to me , very attentive . If I can’t get him through over the phone because he is out for appointments I just leave a message to ring me back and he will . He never disappoint you . He is the asset of your company knows how to deal your clients and staff like James is worth to keep in your office and deserves to be recognise as he done his job very well.

The sale has still not gone through, so it maybe premature to comment.
They were very keen to get the sale, but once the contract was signed communication was primarily by automatic text message and to only one of us at a time. Incorrect details were initially displayed on Rightmove and despite being told before signing the contract that they had potential buyers ready to view, we didn't get a viewing for 2 weeks. Despite
specifically asking for agent viewings only, we were asked to carry out 2 of the subsequent 3 viewings ourselves. I suspect that they have insufficient staff at busy times and do not employ any Saturday staff to carry out viewings. We did however get 2 offers both below the asking price after 3 weeks and they were able to get the buyers to increase their offer a little. We have now accepted one, which they are progressing. Despite giving details in advance of our conveyancing solicitor, we still got 'pushy' emails from other conveyancing firms implying that we had chosen them and asking us for money up front.

I am currently going thru a difficult time regarding an unwanted divorce, forcing me to sell the bungalow I currently occupy. I am looking to move somewhere nearer to Norwich, but have not decided exactly where. Because of my circumstances, I was dreading talking to an estate agent. I should not have worried.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a welcoming smile and "how can I help you?" by Saoirse Kennedy. Saoirse listened intently to my circumstances and requirements and then showed me a variety of properties. Not only did I require information on properties for sale, but their location/ distance from town centre, etc. and some background on life/amenities in Wymondham. Saoirse answered every question I had, showing a great deal of knowledge about the properties for sale, coupled with a good local knowledge and above all, a lot of patience for an old guy with a lot of questions. It's very rare to receive service to this high standard, particularly from someone so young. Saoirse promised to follow up with an e mail the next day, which promptly arrived, showing that she had put a lot of effort into searching for me. All in all, a wonderful and memorable experience. Well done Saoirse.

Terrible manager and area manager. (They are best friends so any issues that are brought up are brushed under the carpet), they are very unprofessional and inappropriate. Couldn't care less about their staff, it’s just targets targets targets... (all while the manager just sits at his desk doing bugger all!) avoid as a buyer, seller or prospective employee!

If we could give less than one star we would! Absolutely awful service, we have not heard from our agents in wymondham in 3 weeks and we have exchanged and completed our sale without them even telling us. essentially another agents has done all the work on both sides for us! So they’ve received a lovely £4200 from us, for doing nothing at all.
Lack of communication to us (the seller) and our buyers, poor effort overall to sell our property with a shoddy social media presence! Trainees chucked in the deep end leading to poor knowledge and understanding.
Honestly really disappointed, and would heed a warning to anyone wanting a reliable, honest and modern agents to sell their home. They do not care and just see you as a pay packet

Unfortunately a most unhappy experience. Found us a buyer [which any agency would have done frankly] and then did not communicate with us, other agents or our solicitors for over three months. Didn't even know we had exchanged contracts! We have formally complained and they have said it is not a 'service level agreement' and have offered derisory compensation for their appalling service. We will never use again.

We sold and bought our house through WHB. In terms of the sale their turnaround times from point of survey to going live, especially in a busy sector at the moment, was very impressive. Their communication and assistance in the viewings was excellent.
Shortly after this, Richard called me with a house, just recently surveyed, that met the criteria I had set out. Richard and team kept me informed at every stage in what was quite a complex purchase due to the vendors. He pushed for things to happen and I got a real sense of his genuine desire to help us and get it done. More so than any other organisation involved in the process and by a country mile. At times I was ready to give up on our dream home, but Richard would pick me up, and trust to have faith. Now that we are in the house I am so grateful for that. It wasn't just Richard either, Georgie was excellent, for the same reasons, and Gareth helped a great deal aswell. I would like to put on record my gratitude to the great efforts of Richard, Georgie and Gareth in the house move. Also Annabel for her mortgage services. They're great credit to WHB in what must be an extremely busy and hectic industry at the moment.

I first visited William H Brown in July to view a property that I was interested in. From that first viewing until completion in December, William H Brown were helpful, friendly and supportive throughout the whole process. I initially dealt with Gavin who first showed me round the property and helped me to reserve it, however it didn't matter who I saw when I went in as everyone was always extremely friendly and happy to help. I also spoke with Richard and Joe who were lovely. A special mention definitely has to go to Georgie who was simply amazing with chasing up various people and ensuring that everything went smoothly. Georgie was always willing to help, professional and always got back to me quickly. What made completion more special was having Georgie there to do the handover. If you are thinking of buying your first home then don't hesitate to visit the team at the Wymondham branch. Thank you all so much!

I contacted William H Brown in the summer to book a valuation of my property.A prompt appointment was made and Richard arrived on time and clearly had lots of local expertise.
He gave a clear and professional appraisal of my house highlighting the good points I knew it had and pointing out positives in other areas I'd not previously thought about.
It was a relaxed valuation and at no point was there any pressure.
In the end I decided not to sell and yet when I informed Richard of my decision he was kind and encouraging.

I instructed WHB in 2018 to sell my house and they advertised it etc but I got no viewings and had no contact from them. They presumed me again this year when I put it in with another agent and promised my experience would be totally different. Alas, no, I have had no calls, viewings, nothing yet the other agent 22 viewings! Very very disappointed.

Pushy Pushy Pushy!
I do not appreciate William H Brown’s pressured sales techniques when all I wanted was to simply book a viewing. I’ve heard of their attitude before but having never experienced it first hand I had no idea just how pushy they are.
I would certainly not deal with them unless I absolutely had to.

Initially gave william h brown a call about viewing a property in wymondham. I was in contact with Anthony Nyland, who also suggested we go view some others also in the same area within my budget. Anthony was very helpful and knowledgable of the properties. Upon the decision to purchase, this went fast and smoothly with no issues at all, and Anthony was more then happy to come for more viewings of the property on several occasions. Within 8 weeks I had got the keys. Very happy with the property, and the service and help provided.

This place is a sham, obv dont have their much interest in selling project properties to anyone apart from their friends.
Two semis came for sale in Tacolneston, the day the boards went up i contacted them, they said “oh we havent started marketing them yet” but offered me viewing and booked the time what was the earliest appointment they could fit in. I was v interested in buying the pair which was expressed, as one of them was v small with no parking.
They man called me and said, sorry one is now under offer, but the otherone was available which was pointless so i declined, i still asked if i could view but said no, there wasnt any point.
6 months on the not so good one is still for sale, and regularly the price is being pushed down. Would it not make sense to sell two straight away? And have your vendors interests
Looked after too?! Not if your just an average investor.
