I had a crazy ride while selling my house (twice!) but the ride was so much smoother with the help of Matt and Will from the Wymondham branch.
Will Ward in particular was great, he was supportive, showed empathy when things weren’t going well and I felt confident he would get the job done. He updated me weekly without fail and if he wasn’t available it was never long before I received a call back.
Going to miss our calls, thank you so much and now and can enjoy my new home!

From the first viewing appointment back in Nov 2023 to completion in June 2024, the team at WHB Wymondham did an exceptional job, in particular Will, who was very present and helpful all the way!

Lauren and Aaron deserve more than 5 stars. From the beginning of my housing application process and viewing houses they have both been fantastic. SO kind, caring and understanding. They're very professional but with a brilliant sense of humour and really made me feel at ease throughout a scary process of house hunting.

My experience with William H Brown in Wymondham was a positive one. I would like to give a special mention to Will who kept constantly in touch with me keeping me updated on the purchase, I also went through a very difficult time personally and Will was very supportive. I would recommend William H Brown and I would definitely use them again

Terrible manager and area manager. (They are best friends so any issues that are brought up are brushed under the carpet), they are very unprofessional and inappropriate. Couldn't care less about their staff, it’s just targets targets targets... (all while the manager just sits at his desk doing bugger all!) avoid as a buyer, seller or prospective employee!

If we could give less than one star we would! Absolutely awful service, we have not heard from our agents in wymondham in 3 weeks and we have exchanged and completed our sale without them even telling us. essentially another agents has done all the work on both sides for us! So they’ve received a lovely £4200 from us, for doing nothing at all.
Lack of communication to us (the seller) and our buyers, poor effort overall to sell our property with a shoddy social media presence! Trainees chucked in the deep end leading to poor knowledge and understanding.
Honestly really disappointed, and would heed a warning to anyone wanting a reliable, honest and modern agents to sell their home. They do not care and just see you as a pay packet
