Having recently purchased a property through WH Brown Stalham we cannot recomend the team there highly enough. Everyone we dealt with were professional, polite, efficient and friendly. They made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Our special thanks must go to our sales negotiator Lizzie Allen. It was a privilege and a delight to have Lizzie as our guide from first viewing to completion. Nothing was ever too much trouble, Lizzie kept us fully up-to-date throughout the process, she explained to us how the process would progress, she reassured us with all our questions. The William H Brown staff member (Lizzie) who showed us round our first viewing was very knowledgeable about the property (as well as being really friendly) and also demonstrated a real interest in comprehending exactly what type of property we were looking for rather than just the normal questions from a website/ form. Lizzie then recommend another property to view which totally demonstrated how well she had understood what we were looking for.

I couldn’t have asked for a better service from the team at WH Brown in Stalham when I sold my house recently. They found a buyer very quickly and negotiated the asking price for me. All the staff members were always very professional, helpful and friendly, and were in contact with me from the offer being accepted until the sale was completed. I would definitely recommend them.
