A fantastic team of people! Nothing was too much trouble.
Prompt reply to all emails and phone calls and when they say they will 'phone you back', they do just that.
They sold my house in 3 days of going live on Rightmove.
From my offer on a property being accepted, to exchanging contracts in 6 weeks, in a chain of 4 purchases too, this is impressive!

Abbotts have recently sold a property for me - it was on the market for nearly two years, and whilst they were proactive to start with, things did drop off for a while, but possibly because of the political situation. However suddenly a buyer surfaced, but there were a number of problems, and I was particularly impressed with the way Emma Fiske picked up the reins in her Sales Progression role, and kept in touch with all parties, advising me on a regular basis in terms of what was happening, which I greatly appreciated. We required patience in the extreme, but Emma was very proactive and was almost as delighted as I was once we achieved completion! I would definitely recommend Abbotts, their staff were always friendly and approachable, and eventually we achieved a sale!

We had an appointment with Abbott’s this afternoon in regards to a valuation for selling our property in the coming months.

The appraisal manager who attended the appointment was Mr Simon Taylor, who arrived promptly on time for the arranged appointment. Simon was extremely professional, his friendly manner made him very personable and he brought with him a wealth of knowledge not only in regards to his knowledge of Abbott’s but also his experiences in the property profession as a whole.
