It was a very long and exhausting experience
selling our house and buying our home. We were originally with another estate agent but soon changed to William H Brown and how glad we did! The staff at Cromer were amazing, they dealt with my questions with so much patience and understanding. They even answered the phone when I’m sure they’d have preferred not to! ???? Thank you so much to the amazing team lead by a great manager.
Probably the best estate agent in Norfolk!

I went to William H Brown for advice on remortgage and some other housing advice. I was put through to Archie Cartwright and we started discussion and the process. Through the entire process the help and communication was absolutely fantastic. During times like this it's always good to know whats happening and Archie was great at informing of any chances. I would highly recommend his skills and services.

Archie was brilliant. As a first time buyer I obviously had no knowledge of how all this works ajd had many questions. Archie answered everything promptly and without making me think I was stupid. Being first time buyers my partner and I were unsure on the steps we would need to take to secure our first home, we spoke to Archie the mortgage broker, who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, he was happy to guide us through the different stages of the process and what we would need to get a mortgage, along with sorting out the necessary insurances to cover us and the house. He always keeps us in the loop with any progress aswell. Would highly recommend.
