I am so happy with my decision to go with William Jones team to sell our house. The whole team took good care of us, as a first time sellers everything was new to us. Louise was so patient with me, always willing to support me and answer any question I had.

This is early days for us as purchasers but I can't say enough good things about this estate agents after experiencing terrible service elsewhere with a previous sale that fell through. What a breath of fresh air! Great communication, honesty and fairness balancing both sets of clients needs that suggests team work. We feel very grateful to have landed here with a house we love too.

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish.
We have recently completed a sale and moved into a rented accommodation with William Jones, and have been nothing but delighted with the help of the whole team.
As with any sale and move there have been some speed bumps along the way, and with every single issue WJ have been the rock we could count on. Outlining all options, smoothing over anything they could, taking the time to contact anyone necessary and giving guidance whilst walking the careful line of not putting pressure on us. A special thanks does have to go to our case manager - Louise, who has been the wizard of the whole thing.
