Wilman and Lodge offer a fantastic service, both renting and selling. They are professional, efficient, supportive and knowledgeable, I can not recommend them enough.
As a landlord I have been using their services for a few years , and they have been successful in finding suitable tenants, taking care to carry out all necessary checks.
They have recently sold my property and I was amazed at how swiftly they managed to sell it.
A special thank you to Jayne who has been extremely supportive throughout both renting and selling, and has made the whole process less stressful.

I used Wilman & Lodge for the sale of my mum's flat as she had used them in the past for purchasing previously. Due to living over an hours drive away from the sale of the property, I was extremely happy with their services. Jenny was brilliant and so was the communication, whether it be via email or telephone. Prompt services, polite, very efficient and very professional. No issue was a problem as they liaised directly with the solicitor and purchaser to push the sale forward. Thank you all again for a great service.
