In particular, Jenny ensured that I was kept up to date with everything, liaising with both the conveyancing solicitors and the buyers to facilitate a speedy process. We were very happy putting the sale of our property with Wilman & Lodge. The agent who valued it was very enthusiastic and gave a far valuation which allowed it to sell very quickly. Throughout the process we were kept informed and the staff were always cheerful friendly and gave helpful advice.

I used Wilman & Lodge for the sale of my mum's flat as she had used them in the past for purchasing previously. Due to living over an hours drive away from the sale of the property, I was extremely happy with their services. Jenny was brilliant and so was the communication, whether it be via email or telephone. Prompt services, polite, very efficient and very professional. No issue was a problem as they liaised directly with the solicitor and purchaser to push the sale forward. Thank you all again for a great service.

Wilman and Lodge are ace. From senior management to staff at all levels, they are highly professional. All know their jobs and the intricacies of buying and selling houses in an ever changing market, in detail. From the dress code to valuation to marketing to viewings to completion, nothing is too much trouble. But even more than that, they are empathetic, understanding and patient. Mine was a challenging sale but I was supported throughout the process. I was treated fairly and with great empathy and respect. I cannot speak highly enough of everyone at Wilman and Lodge.

Friendly greeting the moment you walk through the door. Helpful, slick professional staff making life easy when it comes to selling your home. The entire process went smoothly from beginning to end.
I highly recommend Wilman and Lodge and should I ever need the services of an estate agent again I will be happy to return there.
