As a property landlord it is vital for me to have a reliable, honest, and competent agent like Macaulay, with a single point of contact who knows me, my properties, and I don't have to explain everything from scratch every time I call. With some larger agents where somebody different takes the call most times , they have no idea who I am or anything about my properties, and rather than me having to relive groundhog day every time calling and having to repeat everything over again to a different person, it gets very tedious very quickly. Macaulay knows the market, knows his business, operates in a professional and personable way, and most importantly does not run up charges for both client and tenant. Since taking over our rental property it has been nothing but positive. There were some things that hadn’t been done whilst with a previous estate agent that McCauley took care of. We also had boiler issues during the really cold period a short while ago. McCauley had it sorted in no time at all and supplied heaters in the meantime. Got to say after bad experiences with other estate agents Macaulay has definitely changed my mind...I'm a private landlord who needed an estate agent to take on management of my property due to new legislation that I could not keep up with. Was a tricky situation which Macaulay has dealt with perfectly. He took all the hard work away and has got us back to where I needed to be including dealing with my tennants in a professional and compassionate way .
