Outstanding Team of professionals that support and guide you to ensure a seamless sale. Not all estate agents are the same…having dealt with many over the year I can confidently advise that Wilsons are the very best. Unlike many, they care about their clients be that as a seller or a purchaser. Nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond all that could be expected. I think what impressed me most was the ownership of the sale I.e. you are not just another customer but an important customer! On several occasions the team checked on the property (which in my case was empty) to ensure that all was well.when it came to viewing full information was given and attendance was fully managed with immediate feed back.
If you are looking to sell or buy then please use Wilsons you will not be disappointed in any way.

The property was never going to be easy to sell! Wilsons stepped up! A large house in such disrepair in a quiet village in Somerset didn't deter them! Wilsons persevered tirelessly to find the perfect buyer and they did! Superb service. An agreement was put in place to receive a sum of money once our house purchase had gone through to replace an old boiler the owners refused to change, we never received that money. It appears all they cared about was getting the purchase over the line. The boiler has now broken leading up to winter, we are without the agreed sum of money and are having to find the money ourselves to replace it.

The property was sold but I did feel that I had to contually check on progress. Although the buyer was not in a chain and moved out of their property, it still took 4 months to sell from date of offer because of delays in securing funds. Progress only seemed to be made when I asked that the property was put back on the market due to a lack of progress. On the plus side staff were always polite.

Awful experience and service, lousy communication and blazay attitude. Kept in the dark and lied to about state of affairs, would never reccomend or use to sell or buy from in future.
They don't seem to realise that not only have they wasted nearly £1500 of my hard earned cash, but also a third of a year for nothing!!

From start to finish Chris and the team at Wilsons Estate Agents provided an excellent service. Moving house isn't the easiest of times but when it came to selling everyone at Wilsons did everything I would expect a good estate agency firm to do.
When I called the office everyone was always polite and if a message had to be left it was always responded to within 24 hours. The photos of the house were great and viewers commented on how accurate they were. I would definitely use Wilsons to sell again. Very happy to recommend.
