Fiona was amazing to deal with, so knowledgeable and full of great advice. No flash sales pitch here... Just good honest information and the confidence that she knows her business.
Once our home was beautifully photographed we gave her the keys and went on holiday in Scotland.
The team at Wright's generated lots of interest in our house and had a full weekend of viewings (which impressed our neighbours). Fiona did a great job keeping us updated on feedback and potential offers etc.
In the end she managed to get us £20k more than expected! Needless to say we were delighted that we chose Wright's.
Don't go with any other estate agents!! Wright's are miles better than the rest.

From our first meeting to the completion of our house sale we felt the service we received was very professional and also personal to our individual needs. The communication from the staff members was excellent always keeping us informed of the process and providing us with the feedback from viewers. They were genuinely interested in getting the best possible outcome for us as sellers. The photo shoot of the property was detailed in getting the best photos showing the home in the best way possible to get a feel for living there. The team were there on hand for any worries or questions we had and we felt we were in good hands. We were also helped with a problem with our purchase of a new property through another agency (due to this being a part exchange) and believe if it was not for Wright’s expertise and knowledge we would have lost our new house. This was way beyond what they needed to do for us but they wanted to help us secure the house so stepped up for us big time! Please avoid these agents at all costs. Was looking for a property when I came across them. Once we were happy with our viewing we were dealing with the Client experience executive Zoe. She had recommended we put in an offer of £340,000 for the property we were interested in. (Note that the property on the home report was much higher than the one we were told to offer). Point being she had broken protocols by suggesting us what to offer. We being first time buyers and relatively new to this went with what she had said only to find out a day later that our offer was unsuccessful. A total waste of time. I suspected some foul play especially since she was off the next day what are the odds ??? Me as a buyer was wholly dissatisfied with the whole experience. I definitely wouldn’t recommend these guys.

I sold my former home in October 2022 and in the 15 long months that followed had missed out on several properties. I was due to go and view a property with another agency in February and the day before the viewing the house fell through. I was sorely disappointed. Luckily quite literally 5 mins later the house at Conacher Drive came up on my search and Debbie Spiers provided lots of information on the property and booked a viewing in for the next day. She was incredibly informative telling me about the video on Facebook and some administrative details about the house. I think she could tell I was disappointed but she promised me that this wouldn’t last long as the house was perfect.
The viewing was with Zoe Davidson the next day (8/2) and the house was better than perfect - It was a complete dream! It felt as though the whole wait was for this house. Zoe took my questions on the day and across the purchase period and answered them efficiently and thoroughly. Debbie was also very good as there were a few matters arising that required clarification.
All in all I have no hesitation recommending Wrights of Campsie and I can’t thank them enough for all of their help.

I do feel the pictures, floor plan and adverts could be improved and added benefit of video walk through and 3D 360 degree interaction would be of great benefit.

We found Fiona Wright and her team - Zoe Davidson, Debbie Speirs and Stacey Armitage - as friendly as they were professional. We bought our dream home with Wrights and it was such an easy and stress free process compared with previous purchases. We ended up with a delayed entry due to an issue with the solicitor and the team at Wrights even made that less stressful! When the keys were actually released the office was closed however the team arranged that we could collect the keys from Zoë’s home to ensure we could get moved in as planned. I honestly don’t think you would get that level of care from any other estate agent. I cant even name anyone in particular as Fiona, Debbie, Zoë and Stacey all offered advice and support at some stage along the way and never made it feel like they were being inconvenienced by our questions and phone calls.

After giving market advice on another property, it was clear that that Wright's was the right estate agent for the sale of our mother's flat. Fiona demonstrated a confident understanding of the market and directed us accordingly. Her team were ready at all times to answer questions, including out of hours through various channels. They also took care of all the viewing and gave quick feedback. We were able to leave them to it. They know their business and have a nice, personal touch as well. We used Wrights of Campsie for a VERY VERY last minute move that came about when we received an off market offer for our house. Not only did Fiona clarify and sense check our off market offer, Her team, Particularly Debbie found us an amazing house that ticked all the boxes for us for our next move. They got our offer communicated with the seller quick and agreed the same night (we viewed the property twice in the same day, the second time was way after Debbies normal finishing hours) so we could proceed with the transaction fast. For what should have been a stressful fast paced time (not to mention we run our own business and are busy with that at the same time) everything was very clear, concise, and stress free.
We are very happy with our new property and have quickly made it our own space. I hope we never move again but if we do it will be through Wrights of Campsie.

We found Wrights of Campsie by searching for tips on property sales in Scotland and coming across their brilliant 'Useful Guide', which includes a list of crucial questions sellers should ask estate agents, to gauge their quality. This list really just underlines how Wrights set themselves apart, with their "attention to detail and exceptional service standards" which they rightly say we should expect of any agent. We went straight to read other reviews here and elsewhere; based on those alone, it was immediately clear it'd be too risky *not* choosing Wrights to help us sell our flat.
With a slightly unusual rural property and context, we'd been concerned about having enough input and potentially conducting our own viewings, but from the moment Fiona talked us through the whole process, it became obvious a lot of these concerns were based on the cliché of not trusting estate agents to do their job properly. After an easy-going and highly informative initial meeting, Zoë then came on board to oversee all viewings: she was constantly in contact with us, being so diligent and thorough with all relevant questions that we had complete trust in her to act in our best interests, even when faced with potentially trickier specific issues that cropped up during or after viewings. She acted with tact, discretion and calm professionalism during a couple of rare incidences of challenging behaviour, which only served to reinforce we'd made the right choice. We can't think of a better representative in any sales context.
It takes a clear understanding of buyer psychology and market conditions – as well as very special people skills – to create exactly the right environment for both buyers and sellers, which is something Wrights excel at on all levels, in our experience. In particular, we were so impressed with the whole approach to the photoshoot, where Zoë was joined by assistant Debbie and photographer Andy, taking great time and care in styling the property and capturing its best aspects, while also making us feel closely involved by taking time to review, discuss and guide particular choices in advance. They prepared scripts to record a video introduction for online marketing and patiently repeated take after take in really windy weather, until we all knew it felt absolutely right. Brilliant!
Communication has been exemplary throughout, with a dedicated WhatsApp chat for urgent questions as well as unexpected light relief about e.g. "ultra keen" prospective buyers turning up unannounced to inspect the private garden at dusk in their pyjamas. This could easily have been a stressful chore at times, but Zoë, Debbie and Fiona being so readily available and responsive to questions has taken a massive amount of worry out of everything and brought exactly the sort of peace of mind and confidence you'd want in any business transaction, particularly for something as complicated as selling a house. The negotiation phase following the first offer could have been tricky and delicate, especially in an uncertain financial climate, but it was conducted sensitively, in good faith and with mutual respect, so it unfolded in the best way possible.
We're over the moon with the work Wrights have done to sell our property and give them the highest possible recommendation here and to anyone who asks us. The consistently positive 5-star reviews are completely justified and speak for themselves – it's a complete no-brainer to add to the growing pile!

Absolutely perfect from start to finish. The short version is: Wrights of Campsie marketed our home much better than others in the street by different estate agents - better photos, better text, better service. They spent a huge amount of time with us to get it absolutely perfect, and our house sold within 3 DAYS on the market.
On to the long version: In all honesty, we were initially torn between a big high street estate agent who came over and tried to dazzle us with a shiny brochure and a 20-min talk on how they are the best in the business with the most reach. We then spoke to Fiona, who came over herself and chatted with me for a whole hour about everything from the house, to the area, to our own personal experiences (so important!) My gut immediately said Wrights. I loved Fiona's approach, I loved the gorgeous photos her photographer consistently produced, and I loved that I could learn a thing or two about styling my house after all was said and done (more on that in a moment.) From the moment we agreed to work with Wrights of Campsie, we also got a WhatsApp chat with the team to talk us through every detail. For viewers and offers we got a bespoke website, which was super easy to use.
What's so different about Fiona and her wonderful team is that they showcase the life your buyers could have at your house. Think, 'I could have champagne here while I enjoy this view' or 'I could bake bread with the kids in this lovely kitchen.' They bring props and shift items to show your house in the best possible light. Our photography appointment lasted at least two hours - Zoe (the amazing stylist) even removed some curtains in our son's bedroom which let in so much more light for the photos. We've actually taken on most of her improvements now while we're still at the house. And Zoe has promised to give me some styling advice for when we move into our new home. Giant bonus! :)
As for the sale: Our house sold within three days of being put on the market. THREE. days. For context: We really did love our house and thought it was one of the nicest in the area (naturally), but a nearby one had sat for ages before having to be reduced in price. They'd been marketed via a different estate agent who had produced lacklustre photos that made rooms look bigger than they actually were, which I'm assuming really put viewers off. While that particular house sold for less than it should have, ours sold for a price we were ecstatic with. I'm looking forward to leaving our new buyers a few Wrights-inspired stylish goodies to enjoy their new home with.
My advice: Go with Wrights of Campsie. Yes they're a bit more exclusive, but the overall return is worth SO much more, honestly. Fiona, Zoe, and Debbie are all lovely and really know their business. Trust them. They know just how to style your house and they know what bits to show and what to leave as extra 'wow-factors' for viewers. We'd seen other estate agents do videos and thought they were nice, but Fiona explained that they don't really draw viewers in. Sometimes viewers will even skip a viewing for a video or 3D walkthrough, which you don't want. We honestly learned so very much and they just got everything spot on.
Fiona is still talking me through the area where we're looking for our new home - that's how good Wrights are. She's not making any extra from me for this service, she's just so thoughtful and really wants her clients to have the best experience and the best move on to their next chapter.
So all of that long text to say, if you're on the fence between one of the more standard high street agents and Wrights of Campsie, please go with Wrights. Enjoy the extra money you'll get for marketing your house properly and buy some plants for your new home!

She really worked hard on our behalf and when it came to putting the house on the market, she already had a list of potential buyers and had contacted many of them - which helped to ensure we had lots of viewings (12 on the first day alone!), which Fiona conducted herself.

We first met Fiona while viewing a prospective property to purchase, the listing stood out from the others and the photos and description made the home look so attractive to us. When we contacted Fiona she arranged an appointment exactly when it suited us and personally conducted the viewing. It was such a revelation to find an estate agent who was knowledgeable, friendly and was genuinely interested in our needs. As it turned out the property wasn’t quite for us, but we were so impressed with Fiona’s approach that we decided that we would be using Wright’s of Campsie when it came round to selling our home.
A few weeks later we did find our dream home and gave Fiona a call to discuss putting our existing property on the market. We were keen to move quickly and within two days Fiona was at our home directing a professional photographer and adding a few clever touches to the presentation including some amazing aerial shots that looked really special.
The web listing and brochure were prepared over the weekend and in less than a week our home was on the market. The listing certainly stood out from others and within hours of it going live Fiona was back in touch with a list of appointments for viewings, all of which she personally carried out. Our home sold within days for substantially more than the asking price and were delighted that it went to a lovely couple who we hope will enjoy it as much as we did.
From first contact, to completion, Fiona had that personal touch that made us feel comfortable and supported at what can be a very stressful time. 5 stars are nowhere near enough for the job she did for us. Estate agents, and especially the big companies who tout themselves as being the pinacle of the profession could learn a LOT from Fiona about how to treat people, how to show viewers around and how to treat the client and the viewers with courtesy, respect and sheer professionalism. Fiona provides a bespoke service, which is worth every penny.
I had begun to loathe estate agents in general as they almost all have a pretty poor reputation and attitude. We have a very desirable and unique property and had a horrendous (possibly normal) experience with a well known Edinburgh agency who couldn't have done less, treated us like a transaction, where everything was our fault and every little thing was an add on. We had horrendous time wasters and no vetting. We terminated the contract with them after just over a week of being given the run around and our time wasted.
That meant we had to get another agent and through word of mouth we met with Fiona. We hit it off straight away, and learned she came from a surveyors background and knew all about selling houses. It's worth noting that when you hit it off with someone, it's a good sign they will hit it off with viewers and potantial buyers and that was exactly how it was with Fiona. She learned the house, planned her tour, did all the viewings, the brochures, the vetting and did all the vetting so we only had good prospective buyers. We would sit in the garden whilst she carried out the viewinga dnit was clear, she was immediately likeable by everyone who viewed our property.
Within a an hour of our property going online, we had a full weekend of viewings and within a couple of days, decent offers followed by a closing date - all in the space of around 10 days. We were keen for our property to go to buyers who would cherish it and we accepted an offer form a really nice couple.
Genuinely, Fiona is a machine! Her attention to detail is by far and away, second to none. She understands, sellers and buyers alike and nothing is too much trouble. So many nice things to say - one lovely touch she did was to meet the buyers and hand over the keys - how many other estate agents do this? Fiona is bucking the trend and I am so pleased to have had her do the sale of our house. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

What can I say......Fiona was amazing from start to finish. I can honestly say that I wasn't the easiest of clients as was keen to sell quickly. Regardless of how stressed I was Fiona was calm, professional and consistent. I asked a lot of questions throughout the process....at all times of day and Fiona was always prompt and informative.
