They sold our house quickly yet were cheaper than quite a few of the other estate agents. They offered expert advice all the way to us as clients and were easy to get hold of when we needed them, offering advice right up until completion. We chose them because they have a good local knowledge (telling potential buyers about local schools, restaurants and services, not just their knowledge of the house) and they work hard without being too pushy.

These guys helped us buy our first house and really assisted us through the entire process. They made sure we understood everything as it was our first house. Really glad we were sold our house by them and definitely would recommend! Professional but brought in a personal touch!

Very friendly, helpful chaps who listened to what we wanted and needed in a first flat for my daughter and went out of their way to show us the perfect place, which we finally completed on on Monday! They were always available to answer questions, even the stupid ones. We are very happy with our experience with Yes Move and will certainly consider them first when it's time to sell.

I had my 2 bedroom flat with a garage and gardens at carnforth up for sale for over 2.5 years with 2 different estate agents with hardly any viewings at all . It was in prime position for the motorway , lovely quiet area but nothing happened , no viewings nothing . I instructed YESMOVE snd within 2 weeks 4 viewings and 2 offers later the flat was sold and I completed 2 weeks ago . I had another buy to let property that I wanted to put on the market after the first sold which was near the Broadway Morecambe , instructed YESMOVE again and before it was even advertised and placed on the market it was sold , we completeMonday . I can honestly recommend to anyone wishing to sell a property to use YESMOVE very proactive company that keeps you up to date with absolutely everything snd most important keeps in touch with the seller to guarantee a smooth journey through the sale process . Thank you very much Stephen for all your hard work I will definitely be using you again .
