Worst estate company that I have ever come across in 15 years in living in London. Neglective, unprofessional, dismissive staff. They even evicted with no fault a 83 years old widow with no kids after having lived in the same property for over 30 years. She currently risks being homeless while struggling with severe health issues. Avoid at any cost!

Very disappointing and unreliable experience.
We found a property we really liked and met the agent for a viewing. We were reassured that everything would be confirmed as soon as possible and that we were ideal candidates. We promptly sent all the requested information the same day and made it clear we were ready to pay the deposit immediately.
Despite this, we had to chase the agent repeatedly for over a week with no clear updates. We were also told that no other viewings were scheduled, only to later find out that the property had been rented out over the weekend - apparently without any additional viewings taking place.
The lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism was extremely frustrating. What could have been a straightforward rental process turned into a stressful and disappointing experience.

Booked a viewing with them earlier in the week. At some point during the week, the property was no longer available and no one had the decency to even reach out to me and cancel the viewing. Allowing me to waste my time and money commuting there for me to call them when outside the property and find out no one was coming. If you like wasting your time book with these unprofessional people.

I’ll just start by saying I don’t normally leave reviews but this one is warranted. This was our first time selling and we chose to go for your move their costs were far cheaper then the bigger company’s and at first we was worried it wouldn’t be as good service, but I can safely say they went above and beyond - I didn’t realise how good they were until we started searching for houses ourselves, we was met with no contact or we will call u back and never getting a call! I just found myself thinking wow u could have lost urself a sale there! Your move was the complete opposite they arranged over 20 veiwings in the first week - when I told other estate agents this they seemed shocked we had so many! The whole team are great but particularly Georgia she made me feel at ease with everything and is a real asset to this company I couldn’t praise her enough! Always available for any questions we had -

I feel like my sale would have got lost in the bigger company’s, we are so so happy we choose your move for our sale! So many properties in my area still on the market months after we sold ours

I was on one side of a residential conveyance. Your Move's agents E.K. and G.M. were bright, wise, hard-working and dedicated throughout a long conveyance which dragged for ages. E.K. struck me as expert on the market and legal and financial procedures, while G.M. was great at liaising with and dealing with queries between vendor and purchaser, and driving the transaction forwards. But I am sure both these agents are similarly good at all areas and we just glimpse different aspects at different times. The consistent and constant hard work, positive energy and good presentation of good estate agents are under-appreciated!

We definitely recommend Your Move. The price was lower than any other estate agents we found in the area, although there was a special deal on at the time, so I’m not sure how the price compares normally. Even if the price had been higher, they would have been worth it. We got quotes from two other estate agents, one of which was extremely pushy and grew visibly angry when we said we wanted time to think. The other phoned me constantly for months to see if we wanted to swap to them, before they eventually listened to my request of removing my information from their system.
Georgia was fantastic throughout the whole process. She was extremely friendly, professional and approachable and provided regular updates via phone call, email and text. Whenever we had dealings with Eugene he was equally as amazing. They managed to negotiate with the buyer to get us the price we wanted, and when our first buyer fell through, straight away they contacted someone else who had been interested and got things back on track.
Georgia took great photos of our property and the 360 tour was an amazing addition.

I'm very disappointed with this agency.
(1) They didn't fulfil the duty to disclose all information about their contract to me before signing the contract.
(2) Their commission fee is way too higher than the average in the market, which is 3% for an exclusive contract.
(3) They tried to mislead and trap me by hiding information.
For (1), they didn't mention that the contract with them was exclusive at all before I signed the contract. It was my first time to use an agency to sell my property, therefore I had no idea about the concept of inclusive or exclusive.
"Exclusive" contract means I cannot find any other agencies to sell my property. Your Move will get the commission fee even the house is sold by other agency. "Inclusive" means I can have multiple agencies to sell my property and whoever sells it will get the commission fee.
I only knew the exclusive concept when one of my friends asked if my contract was inclusive because of the commission fee. The agent Eugene Koopman didn’t tell me that the contract was exclusive until I asked him directly if this was an inclusive contract.
Why didn’t I ask them before signing the contract? It’s impossible for me to ask something I don’t know at all. And that’s their responsibility to disclose to clients, otherwise why I should get an agency for selling my house.
(2) After understanding the contract was exclusive, I did a market search in other agencies, most of them offered “1~2% of commission fee for exclusive contracts, and 3% usually for inclusive contracts”.
This means Your Move’s commission fee (3%) for an exclusive contract is way too higher than the average in the market.
(3) I was so disappointed that they hid information from me on purpose. So I decided to terminate the contract. At this point they still tried to hide information and trap me.
Their contract was quite vague about the termination. There was only mentioned a 28 days notice period. But I didn’t trust them any more and asked if there was anything else about the termination for a written confirmation.
Eugene Koopman mentioned there was also a clause about the exclusion list, which is if I sold my house to any buyers they introduced via any other agencies, I still needed to pay them 3% commission fee.
At this point, he still tried to mislead me. I kept asking him about any limitation on this clause, he finally admitted that there was time limitation - only within six months via any agencies or within two years not via any agencies.
I strongly recommend not to use this agency!

Found the agent deceiving and cunning. Placed a offer for a property and the agent tried to force their in-house mortgage Brooker when I refused they said my offer is acceptable and asked me to do the survey without any formal confirmation of any kind this made no sense to me. They tried to play buyers against each other to pump the price up that's the feeling I got..... beware of this branch. It had been a very tough decision for me to become landlord due to nature of my busy career and so many unknowns and negativity relating to buy to let in general. Then I spoke to Fatih (Lettings Manager) in Your Move (Romford Branch) and everything changed. Fatih not only arranged full management of my property but also arranged guaranteed rent protection for a very slight extra charge for extra peace of mind. The tenant finding process was a bliss. Fatih and his team arranged/managed the tedious process of viewings, and then selected/vetted right tenants doing all the relevant background and financial checks. Arranged a viewing at Elmore Close for 2:50pm on 15th May. Arrived on time, but had to wait half hour before I was even spoken to. Then I was told I can’t view e property as the agent had no time, but he allowed a couple who arrived after me to view the property.
I was categorically told strictly two people allowed due to COVID regulations, so I arranged for my kids to stay round my mums who is is not very well. However, whilst I was waiting with my wife, there was a viewing for four adults and one child altogether as one viewing, then another two adults with two children viewed the property together.
So unprofessional, unorganised, no courtesy and most of all breaching COVID regulations.
Will never use these cowboys.

I can not breach GDPR law, I’m an individual, GDPR applies to DPOs (Data Protection Officers) and business that handle personal data on a day-to-day basis, such as an estate agent like yourselves. So before you throw the rule book at me maybe you should read up on GDPR yourself and understand who this law is there to protect, and most of all, check if you’re compliant!!
If I were selling my property and my agent allowed 5 people in at one time to view my house breaching COVID regulation I would want to know for the health and safety reasons for myself, my family and any other residents it could impact.
I feel inclined to send an old fashioned letter to the residents of this property explaining first hand how this estate agent is handling the sale of this property.

After several pros and cons of other estate agents, I can strongly suggest that Your Move had been always the best agents for the first time buyers /landlords as they are experienced, friendly and bring the right tenants understanding your needs.
My bonding with your move had been for 3yrs and when I had tried other estate agents next to them it proved that Your Move was honest to find the right tenants where as the others worked only for money but these guys especially Fatih and their managers have been extremely helpful in difficult situations too.

The whole are great - personable and professional at all times. We were kept completely updated along the way without being bombarded by constant calls and messages, which we really appreciated. They have it just right and nothing was ever too much trouble. We would highly recommend them and will no doubt be recommending them and using them again. It was a breath of fresh air to work with a company as organised and efficient.

We have a small portfolio in the area. We’ve held it for quite a long time. In the past, we’ve had a couple of dud experiences with other agents, and on occasions we’ve managed its ourselves. Moving from the area last year, we had no choice. We had to find an agent, so we looked around very carefully indeed. Since trying this company out with one, we’ve been so satisfied that we now use them for the others as well. A good managing agent means the difference between a respectable profit and disaster . This company know us, are quick to respond, and understand the business, which in the present long term assault on the private rented sector, is an absolute must.

Your Move Stewart & Co provided me with truly and well informed details about house rental market in my local area and the potentials. Always keen to advise and clarify any questions and/or concerns. I enjoy good working relationship with the local Romford office, however their HQ method of monthly payment to landlords is less desirable, as payments are often late to reach bank accounts.

At first we thought they are very serious and professionnel!, but after signing the contract, we needed some stuff to be done (that we talked about before signing anything), but here we are almsot one month and nothing has been done! And we are just like playing hide and seek!!! We wrote emails, called them many times... But all we get is WORDS without ANY ACTION. We are so disappointed! I do not recommend this agency to anyone.

After having my two properties on the market with another agent for a while, I moved to Your Move Romford. I can not fault the service, as soon as they took over the properties we had immediate viewings and had agreed asking price offers for both within 2 weeks!! The service since we agreed the offers has also been second to none - I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

Awful, completely ripped off. Forced onto a contract I didn't ask for and then charged extra to give them the privilege to raise my rent by £100 only 6 months after I moved in. Absolutely disgusting.

They are the worse estate agents I have ever come across in my life!!!!! First of all they rented us a flat knowing that they were infested with rats, me and my brother had to leave the flat for 2 weeks due to the smell of dead rats and after
that all the flies that had odviously eaten the dead corpse. We asked the owner Jamie Stewart to talk to the landlord and ask her to give us 2 weeks off the rent considering we have had to live is this state, we were ignored. Then the only way to stop the rats were to fill in the many holes that were in the flat....
That were filled about 8 months later...
Oh and to top it all off make sure that u look at the small print that you sign when you pay your deposit!!!! Which they make you pay in cash!!!!! The you give them £108 to give you your deposit back at the end!!!!!!!!! I find the owner a selfish greedy man and I hope no one rents from them when they see this review.
(Feb 2016) We moved I the flat in December and already started to notice the rats outside right away!!!!! The rats come up to the flat in april but the rats were already there and could clearly be seen!!!!
It took the holes so be filled months after the rats were killed and th flies and smell had gone. We were excepted to live in the property while all this was going on!!!! We asked for 2 weeks rent back and it was refused!!!!! And the money that the estate agent take from you deposit is not clearly written on the contract!!!! It is in small print underneath an amount that they had written and also we was given a copy of it!!!! That's funny. The property I am talking about is located at 23 station parade Romford, right opposite the estate agent (my response to the owners comments),
