We have been looking to move house for several months. We did not choose to use Your Move to sell our house but in terms of introducing us to potential target properties Your Move in Kirkcaldy and Christina in particular has been the most proactive person. She continually introduced us to suitable properties and was directly involved with a property we had an offer accepted on. Unfortunately only a couple of weeks before settlement the sellers backed out leaving us high and dry having sold our home. Christina then went out of her way to try and find an alternative property. When Jade first came out to value our home we felt at ease from when she first arrived and provided a warm friendly and positive start to the process. During the process of viewings and the sale Christine couldn’t have done anymore to make us feel like valued customers. Nothing was ever too much to ask and she was on hand for any questions or worries we had and kept us updated at each stage. I am very grateful for her positivity throughout. Angela the branch manager also provided a friendly and professional service. We used their recommended solicitor for our sale and purchase - Carey Hughes. After property searching for months on end, I decided to get a bit of help from Your Move. I was assisted by Christine in which we discussed what kind of property I was after and what appropriate areas. Christine maintained frequent contact with myself to check in and see how I was getting on with property searching and also pointed out a few properties to me which might have been of interest. As a result of this I was able to finally find the property right for me. This is my first experience with Your Move and throughout it all, Christine has been an absolute star and has been extremely kind, helpful and always offered her help and assistance.
