Shocking experience, stayed in a house that was ran up in debt, me and my partner are both hard working people, we payed the gas meter £200 debt. The house was covered in dampness that made me unwell. We asked for something to get done about this for months and absolutely nothing got done. I was in hospital because the dampness was so bad it also ruined our furniture because I clinged onto it. We contacted them over and over again and got nothing. No signature on the gas safety check, no help what so ever about the state of the house, our electricity kept getting cut off becuase of the landlord in loads of debt, we kept receiving loads of letters through the post about their debt. And becuase we are young we have had nothing but advantages taken, we put about £609/709 a month into this house for it to just be a waste. The estate agents done absolutely nothing to help.

When we were house hunting a few years ago Your Move were head and shoulders above all others with providing information, arranging viewings and most of all being friendly. When we recently decided to sell our flat they were our obvious first choice.
Well they certainly didn’t disappoint. Stewart priced the flat realistically and it sold within 2 weeks. There was a few hiccups during completion which were completely down to our lawyer but Michelle was brilliant and kept in contact and kept the buyers updated.
I really can’t praise them enough and nothing ever seemed a hassle to them.

I have had a really good experience with the team and would highly recommend their services. Without doubt the best estate agents I've ever come across. Despite living across the country, i felt that from the initial meeting with Stewart, I'd known them for ever (not in the least bit over bearing). Nothing was too much trouble and they were more than happy to help out in an effort to reduce the amount of visits i needed to make. Michelle the Manager was the most attentive, helpful and thoughtful person i could have hoped for. Ross was always very patient and kind. Overall, they could really teach other estate agents how it should be done.
