Andrew and I would like to personally thank Scott and his team, Sam Broadley in particular, for helping to steer us through selling of a property in York.
Sam has been absolutely fantastic. The service he has given us has been spot on, reacting with speed to information received and being very clear with the next steps. He has also put our minds to rest at numerous stages throughout the often stressful process which was invaluable.
The use of the WhatsApp group has been fast, efficient and perfect for us all to receive information at the same time. Brilliant idea!
We did use another York estate agent in the beginning and really should have accepted your advise and guidance from the start. We are so pleased that the sale was actioned by Your Move York.

Lauren and Katy were great, kept in touch all the time, updating us and gave us good advice on house prices.
I'm little disappointed with the fixed fee price, I think it should be from the sold price, not the marketed price. And the reason we've chosen your move was that we would be advertised on Zoopla,but after a few months your move cancelled it and we didn't have a say if we would agree on that. We were only informed after I found out that we're not on the Zoopla website.

I’ve been searching for a property for a little while now and have to say Lauren has been very proactive. From handing out leaflets in the areas of interest to regularly coming to me with properties before they’re to be listed on the market. I can’t fault her at all and looking forward to hearing about the next viewing opportunity that arises. My parents also used Lauren to sell their flat and had a great experience there as well.
