Purchased my first home through Adam Hayes. Everyone I dealt with provided great service and guidance throughout my search and the purchase process. Particularly Rebecca who was always there to answer any questions during the purchase process and helped me move by the date I needed to move. Instructed Adam Hayes to take on the task of selling a slightly unusual flat in what was a difficult market. All the agents were highly professional during visits and always provided feedback after each viewing. All of the agents came to visit the property before it went live to familiarise themselves with the flat, which makes a big difference.
After securing a strong offer, Adam Hayes continued to support and push the matter along when solicitors were slowing things down. Adam Hayes were happy to speak to both parties and ensure everyone was updated.
The legals in my case were particularly painful, mostly due to my own solicitor and special thank needs to be extended to Rebecca, in particular.
Rebecca was instrumental in getting this across the line, particularly during the latter stages. Not only did Rebecca give my solicitor a much needed push but she was always available to liaise between the buyer and myself.
Overall, having used other agents in the past, the service you are promised is exactly what you get and highly recommend them if you are selling in and around Finchley/ North London.

Hi Everyone,
When I was searching the flat , lucekly I met with Seta.
She is perfect at her business. I am strongly recommend work with her. She can understand what do you need exactly and she can get the solution fastly. Also, she is very helpful and can understand your emotional. For example, I was very stress when I was waiting my prosedures and she always mad me calm down.
