When I first met Yasser Elkaffass as I wanted to sell my flat, he knew the market very well, and was very confident of getting a buyer at the price he suggested, within the timeframe he provided and he achieved it. Yasser is professional, very persistent and communicated all information, and gave me the confidence that he would handle the buyers and negotiate on our behalf.
Steve Dixon helped with day to day queries and kept me informed at every stage. Steve was always courteous, and communicated well.
I have been in the property business from 1988, but Adam Hayes - Yasser & Steve, have been the best estate agents i have dealt with. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.
