We were recommended Addison Townsend by a barrister we know.
He has had had dealings with most of the Estate Agents in Southgate and Winchmore Hill and said that Addison Townsend were the best.
This proved to be the case .
Huw Mason was very attentive and always replied to emails and phone calls promptly.
In addition out of four local Agents he gave the highest valuation, and I am sure we sold our flat for £20,000 more than the other Agents were quoting.
In summary if your are selling a property use Addison Townsend, and you won’t regret it.

Jenna has been our estate agent for the past five years, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Our landlord was quite unreliable at times, but Jenna always stepped in to make sure we were getting what we needed. No matter the issue, she did everything she could to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
She’s incredibly friendly, approachable, and always made communication so easy. Whether it was a small query or a bigger issue, she was always on hand to help and never made us feel like a hassle.
