I would highly recommend Ashtons to sell a property. Katy Massey sales negotiator has been absolutely brilliant, from our first meeting with her she has been very professional providing calmness in stressful situations giving lots of confidence and always going the extra mile. Katy has worked tirelessly to ensure we get completion. Katy has responded to all our phone calls and emails in a timely manner, she has built a good relationship between ourselves the buyer and solicitors negotiating even difficult conversations. We have 110 percent confidence in Katy and would highly recommend if you are thinking of buying or selling property to contact Katy she is just first class.

A very good experience as a buyer for my first house in Warrington. Leanne and Katy of Ashton are very helpful and responsive to my queries. They keep monitoring and updating the status on both sides from time to time. Really appreciated.

Mike and Charley were excellent throughout the whole process. Despite there being difficulties with the chain collapsing at one point, they constantly kept us updated and chase the others in the chain to get things moving again. Would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone
