I would highly recommend Ashtons to sell a property. Katy Massey sales negotiator has been absolutely brilliant, from our first meeting with her she has been very professional providing calmness in stressful situations giving lots of confidence and always going the extra mile. Katy has worked tirelessly to ensure we get completion. Katy has responded to all our phone calls and emails in a timely manner, she has built a good relationship between ourselves the buyer and solicitors negotiating even difficult conversations. We have 110 percent confidence in Katy and would highly recommend if you are thinking of buying or selling property to contact Katy she is just first class.

A very good experience as a buyer for my first house in Warrington. Leanne and Katy of Ashton are very helpful and responsive to my queries. They keep monitoring and updating the status on both sides from time to time. Really appreciated.

I was impressed with Rob's pricing strategy and also his knowledge and experience. He had thoroughly researched the selling prices of house in the area. Ashtons really go the extra mile. They employ a professional photographer to take amazing photos and the brochure was so well written. They also advertise on all the main house selling websites. The team is so hard working and give brilliant customer service. Not to mention, their fees are extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Ashtons to anyone selling their house.
