Great communication and willingness to help throughout the whole process. Clayton checked in regularly to make sure everything was going through as planned and helped explain the process of buying the house from start to finish. Would happily use Aspen again if moving in the future ??

Aspen Estate Agents supported us through a very difficult sale. Clayton at the Ashford (Middlesex) branch called me every Friday with an update to reassure me that things were moving on. Alex, Bradley, Carla and Leo were available for support and follow ups at any time. A great team who kept us going when we could have given up. And we made it ! Thanks to all at Ashford office.

Was offered to be a tenant by a friend for a house by the Royal Holloway back gate. Excellent communication and organisation from the team.
A big thank you to the assigned estate agent, Izzy Blatch, for the friendly induction and swift paperwork. Everything was as smooth as it could get, both when settling in and when vacating the property.
