The property I had for sale completed at the asking price, and circa four months after the first viewing. Viewings were organised promptly by Aspens following the sales advert and board within the property. I was kept informed as a matter of course, and any questions as to the progress of the sale were handled by Alex White at Aspens. Thoroughly recommended.

Was offered to be a tenant by a friend for a house by the Royal Holloway back gate. Excellent communication and organisation from the team.
A big thank you to the assigned estate agent, Izzy Blatch, for the friendly induction and swift paperwork. Everything was as smooth as it could get, both when settling in and when vacating the property.
