It's rare to have much positivity about the buying and selling of a property, but Aspen Estate Agents in Englefield Green bucked the trend when they recently helped us through the process of selling our daughter's lovely maisonette.
Paul Garrod took us through each step - from the initial valuation to completion - with clear guidance and excellent communication. His knowledge of the area is second to none, and his long experience evident in his calm approach.
We highly recommend Aspen for its ability to combine professionalism with personal attention to detail, something that is often lost in larger estate agencies. Should we be looking for property in the area in future, we won't hesitate to enlist Aspen's help.

Really good experience selling our house through Aspen’s. Clayton and Caitlyn were exceptional and always went the extra mile throughout the process to completion. Very knowledgeable in regard to the local housing market and we were inundated with viewings for the very short time it took to sell.

I’ve just bought my first property through aspen estate agents in Ashford . I can not rate them high enough . From start to finish they have been nothing short of amazing ! Buying my first property on my own as a single parent I felt quite nervous .i had gone to all the estate agents in Ashford and felt they didn’t take me seriously at all . From the moment I stepped into aspen Alex was incredibly welcoming . He took the time to really listen to my needs in fact the whole office were chatting with me and it was a lovely atmosphere. Caitlyn stepped in to advise me of a lovely property that I wouldn’t have even thought about had she not personally recommended it . She was incredibly professional showing me round and lovely with my little girl who was incredibly excited . Nothing was too much trouble for her . I also noticed how respectful she was turning off lights and wiping out footprints as it was a wet day . Through the sale we had some twists and turns . Alex , Clayton and Caitlyn all keeping me fully informed and going above and beyond ! These three couldn’t have done enough for me and I fell very lucky to have them supporting the sale . I will recommend these three and aspen to anyone who will listen. Alex , Clayton and Caitlyn thank you for making mine and my daughters dream possible . You are an incredible team and very talented at what you do . Thank you doesn’t seem enough .
