Right from the offset I felt at ease with Barbers. Everything about the process of selling my late Aunts property was explained to me upfront. It was quite a lengthy process due to probate and the property not being in the best of condition. There were many viewings however for most there was just too much work needed. The team never gave up and enthusiastically worked hard right through to completion after the property had been sold. On behalf of the beneficiaries I can’t thank Gail and her team enough for everything they did for us. Thank you all.

Gail at Barbers Whitchurch made the experience of buying a property and selling a property run seamlessly.

Staff were transparent with costs and helped find a solicitor. Gave great advice pre photos and continued to update as viewings occurred. Gave feedback on the viewings and managed expectations throughout with a professional service throughout.

The Sales team runs like a well-oiled machine! It's never easy selling the home of a deceased parent, but it helps if you are supported by a good agent. Barbers were alongside us throughout the process, offering helpful advice and support and bringing us to a successful conclusion. A sale was agreed in excess of the asking price within a matter of days, but, due to Covid-19 and other difficulties, took 4 months to complete. Through all this time we never felt cut off or out of the loop, as we were kept well-informed of progress (or lack of it!). A thoroughly professional job from start to finish - we would readily recommend Barbers.
