It was so easy finding my new rental with black katz!! Musi & Jamie were both really helpful and super speedy in sorting everything. I’ve never had an easier renting experience. Highly recommend!

Justin the agent was very helpful in helping me secure the flat, organised a viewing same day and helped reassure me as a student that it was possible. Cal, a other member of staff, was also very supportive throughout the process.
As always with agencies, it can be scary handing your money over for holding deposits and you have to bear in mind that making money is the primary objective. So far I am very happy with Black Katz services and hope throughout my tenancy we can operate as a team in conjunction with the land lord.
Thank you for your help so far, would reccomend.

I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. My daughter has just signed for a house in N19 with five friends, and Musi was absolutely fantastic throughout the process.
This is a big step for a group of young girls, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. As a parent, that reassurance has really helped put our minds at ease.
