We used bracketts for our level 3 RICS survey on a house purchase recently. I dont often leave reviews, but this was exceptional! The work was incredibly thorough. The write-up was incredibly clear, with non-technical explanations and path forward with repair suggestions. We then had a followup call after reading to clarify even more.
It’s a nerve wracking scenario buying a 140 year old property, but I do believe the work done by bracketts is great and I have high confidence in the survey.

Kim was a complete star. Selling a house for two nonogenarians who were not tech savy and needed a lot of hand holding. Kim handled everything and kept Dad informed of every viewing and any progress. He was friendly, clear and completed the sale in just over 3 months. Perfect in these difficult times.
He also kept me (the daughter) in the loop and we handled any mishaps (a leaking fridge) without fussing the parents.
Great service with a good sense of humour.

Recommend Bracketts for surveys. Excellent communication and service throughout. We used Bracketts for a Level 3 RICS Survey in April 2026 for a large house. The survey was arranged quickly, very extensive in content and clear in the photos and descriptions, capturing everything needed for us and the sellers comfort and protection.

Kim and Alfie were great acting for both our seller and us. Kim went above and beyond, dealing with our buyers brilliantly, including liaising over a lost cat. I think he became a life coach during the process.

I've used Bracketts in Tunbridge Wells since I let my house 10 years ago. They have been incredibly efficient and professional, found me excellent tenants and are always responsive if I have any questions for them. I would highly recommend using them.

We recently completed on a house purchase through Bracketts, which was a bit of a rollercoaster and had lots of ups and downs. Jamie and the team at Bracketts were brilliant and supportive throughout, and had it not been for them I don’t think we’d have ended up with the house we really wanted. Highly recommend Brackett’s Tonbridge.
