The sale of my old house and the purchase of my new one has been a protracted affair - no fault of Bramleys. In fact the young lady called Alice who handled my account has been fantastic. Her attention to the detail, her determination and committment to making progress and her excellent communication with me has made the whole process bearable. I cannot speak too highly of her performance and of course this reflects favourably on Bramleys as a whole.

Avoid!!!
A positive start, quickly went down hill. Seller dashboard a waste of time.
No leadership or communication across the branch. Patronising office staff who really don't care about their paying clients or situations.
Save yourself the time and stress go elsewhere.

I was in a position where I had to sell my Mother's house after she had an accident & had to move to sheltered accomodation. I selected Bramleys as my Mother & Aunt had previously used them to buy & sell houses. I have to say that from the initial meeting at the house right the way through to completion all of Bramleys staff were professional, friendly & very re-assuring. I genuinely would not hesitate in recommending Bramleys whether you are buying or selling. The communication from them is first rate & you're will never be in any doubt as to what is happening & when. First class service & a great team to help you.

Bramleys went above and beyond to support us buying our house and also did a better job chasing everything up with the sale of our house which was via another estate agents. Nothing was a problem and they were always happy to answer questions and give advice about the process.
