Avoid!!!
A positive start, quickly went down hill. Seller dashboard a waste of time.
No leadership or communication across the branch. Patronising office staff who really don't care about their paying clients or situations.
Save yourself the time and stress go elsewhere.

I purchased two properties in one sale through Bramleys, Mirfield. The team there, were fantastic and really helpful. It was quite a complicated process due to there purchasing two properties but Bramleys assisted in every way they could to make the sale as easy as possible. Janice especially was great at communicating between us and the vendor and really went out of her way to keep the momentum going.

Avoid at any cost ! Unless you want to see your deposit vanish ! Shady Worst estate agents , they would persuade landlord to take away your deposit on minor wear and tear, and offer you appeal that costs as well on top of deposit - I am sure they have a cut in it - you have to wait ages and phone calls to get back your deposit
