I was in a position where I had to sell my Mother's house after she had an accident & had to move to sheltered accomodation. I selected Bramleys as my Mother & Aunt had previously used them to buy & sell houses. I have to say that from the initial meeting at the house right the way through to completion all of Bramleys staff were professional, friendly & very re-assuring. I genuinely would not hesitate in recommending Bramleys whether you are buying or selling. We used Bramleys to buy our first house, the service was amazing. No questions were too much and they were always on hand to ring or email. If we ever decide to move again then Bramleys is where we will go! Amy at the Heckmondwike branch was such an amazing help and she was genuinely so happy for us when we picked up the keys!!

Bramley's in Heckmondwike were brilliant when I was selling my Mum's house. Carreen came to do the initial valuation; she is friendly and knowledgeable, put me at ease. Dealing with my local branch made it feel more like family! Amy is a great communicator; I fully trusted her very efficient approach. Jean was very helpful on some telephone enquiries I made. From my personal experience, professional service and a genuine and friendly approach put Bramley's at the top! My daughter also used Bramley's in Heckmondwike to sell her house. Another success; like me, she was super pleased with the service!

A very pleasant experience working with Bramleys. From my very first contact with Amy, I found her to be super friendly, efficient and great in her communication but also very knowledgeable. Her passion and commitment to customer service was evident as nothing was of any trouble to her.
Jean also was just as friendly and kept in regular contact. She made sure to track the progress and chase any drifts and delays and showed genuine interest.
They clearly make a good team together and are an asset to Bramleys.
For anyone thinking of using Bramleys, please don’t hesitate as the staff come with excellent customer services skills and abundance experience. Amy particularly is always helpful in answering any questions or queries confidently and competently.

I would highly recommend Bramleys as an estate agent. When I put my house on the market last year, they were approachable, friendly, efficient and all my queries and requests were delt with quickly and efficiently. Nothing was a problem. I would certainly use them again in the future!
