We rented a student property with Brunton residential. Usually they were quick with communication and reliable with repairs and other maintenance needs. There was some issues with customer and company communication throughout but nothing too severe (emails not clear or wrong information given) as well as finding it hard to communicate once the tenancy finished. Other than that we were happy.

Louise was absolutely fantastic in helping us sell our first home. She went above and beyond, to progress the sale through a difficult transaction towards the end. The service we received from Chloe and the team at Jesmond Brunton residential was exceptional. They did everything they could to facilitate our rental move when our previous property sold, in just 6 days! Chloe kept us up to date with every step we had to take. The team at Brunton were effective in finding us a wide range of interested buyers very quickly. Jada worked closely with Michael and the rest of the team to keep us in touch with all that was going on in terms of viewings and offers. We were able to move to a 'Best and Final Offer' scenario quickly, with buyers who we think will love our old home. It's still early days, but the experience so far has been positive.

Excellent service from Brunton Residential from start to finish. Michael Hilden and Greg McCarthy were highly professional with the valuation and sale, and we achieved a great price. Leah Ramsay was a brilliant sales progressor – proactive and always on top of things. Ciaran handled viewings well too, with good support from Jada and Harriet. Highly recommend.

I have no hesitation in recommending Brunton Residential who handled the sale of our house in Morpeth.
Our first visit was from Chris, Sales Director, who inspired us with complete confidence in the agency’s knowledge of the local market and their ability to market our property accordingly.
Once our house was on the market, Wendy handled all viewings with amazing efficiency and organisation.

Recently sold our house through Brunton’s and would highly recommend them. From start to finish, Natasha was always just a phone call away. It wasn’t an easy sale with loads of interest and had few issues along the way but Charlotte, Natasha and Louise were always there when we needed them. They were all very positive and reassuring. Would happily use them again.
